La Soara, modern French style home with private heated swimming pool

This is just a perfect holiday home… La Soara was built in a modern French style with all the comforts of today, it is an oasis of light, with three very stylishly furnished bedrooms, a beautiful living room and kitchen and of course a lovely heated private swimming pool. This very charming holiday house offers peace, space and comfort in the most beautiful part of the Dordogne. La Soara is located in the outskirts of Sarlat, on a dead end road with a beautiful woodland at the edge of the garden. You can't sit more quietly and still close to the center of Sarlat. You can also get your fresh baguettes and croissants nearby, so that the day can start without worries! Airconditioning in the bedroom on the 1st floor and in the living room.

Interior
You enter the tastefully decorated living room, the owner Helène has combined brocante with design, the love for pure materials is reflected in her choice. The very extensive open kitchen makes this house very attractive: you can prepare a nice meal together with your loved one(s), which you can then enjoy on the enormous terrace by the pool.

Downstairs you will find two bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom, one bedroom has a nice double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Be sure to take a look at how Hélène has decorated these bedrooms! Upstairs you will find another very nice bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

Outside
From the living room you can step out onto your huge terrace, which is beautifully lit at night. Enjoy your heated swimming pool in the beautiful fenced garden with many palm trees.

Surroundings
La Soara is located outside the center of Sarlat, and just 1 km from a shopping center where you can also get the croissants in the morning. There is a lot to see in the area, such as the valley of the 6 castles, Beynac, Domme, LaRocque Cageac. You will be short of eyes in this majestic setting….
