The private villa, built in Cycladic architecture, has many spacious terraces, allowing you to live the outdoors to the fullest with its numerous sitting areas. The main terrace at the south face of the house is protected from the north winds which usually blow at the Aegean islands during the summer. There, you can find a pool which gazes onto the front garden as well as the whole bay of the port of Ios and the Aegean Sea towards Santorini Island. The view is breathtaking and includes the yialos beach (800 meters distance from the house), the whole bay of the port of Ios (1,5klm distance) and most part of the main village (chora of Ios – 5klm distance). The pool area also features a pergola with a wooden table and sitting space of 12 people. This is an ideal spot for afternoon and late night drinks enjoying the moon over the main village.
The northern part of the terrace, includes the entrance to the property (west side), a big garden of about 3000sq meters with plenty olive trees, cactus and an ancient threshing area. The is space to park 5 cars in the property.

The inside of the house is designed in its own unique way in three levels. It includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one WC, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing room. Three of the rooms are fully air-conditioned master bedrooms with their own bathrooms (with showers), the other two bedrooms have two single beds and they share a bathroom with shower. The WC is located near the entrance right before the kitchen.
One of the master bedrooms resides on the first floor of the house and features a private veranda with a view to the bay and the Aegean Sea, whilst the other two master bedrooms are on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. The two additional bedrooms, smaller in size, reside on the lower level of the house and are very characteristic but have no direct entrance to a terrace. These two rooms are ideal for kids. The living room of the house is delightfully cosy and has a direct access to the south terrace and the pool area. The living room includes an area with a TV, a Stereo and a fire place surrounded by a cosy sofa and an armchair. On the other side there is a dining table for 8 people. Villa Artemis is designed as a summer residence and therefore, an outdoor dining area for 8 is situated just outside under a handcrafted pergola and has a beautiful view of the pool and the Aegean Sea.
This exterior sitting area will satisfy the needs of who prefers being in comfort whilst enjoying the scenic Greek outdoors. The house, having numerous external sitting areas provides any extra privacy that might be desired.

Adjacent to the living room area, a fully equipped indoor kitchen with electric appliances will ensure a flawless tool for those fond of cooking.
