The design of the outdoor , as well as the indoor spaces has been designed so as to welcome guests with comfort, luxury, with latest technology amenities and extra services to offer an ultimate experience during your stay. Services like chef upon request, massage, wine cooler, satellite tv and relax, professional party sound equipment, fast broadband, energy efficient heating, cooling and hot water heat pump, romantic dinners, etc.

The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms from which, one of them has a small attic with one single bed that can host one extra person preferably child, and can host up to 11 people in total! From the 5 double beds, there is the possibility of transforming 1 of them, in 2 single beds. The villa also offers cava and wine conservator, fully equipped kitchen and a kitchenette as a second kitchen, internet, lounge sitting area and dining room!

The outdoor areas are constructed in 4 different levels of activities, all offering an amazing view in the Ionian Sea!
On the first level is the lounge area. On the second level is the breakfast area, a pool of 8.5m x 3.5m with a decoration covering of sea sand and the lounge deck of the pool.

On the third level there is a fully equipped outdoors professional bar/BBQ, a big dining table and sunbeds. On the fourth level you can find a big day-bed. The outdoor area has been designed with outmost care so as to offer a luxurious experience and trigger all of your senses regarding light, sound and view.

On top, you can find a gazebo that offers unique breathtaking view and relaxation.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

The property offers open secure parking and contactless/keyless access.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
