Really nice villa with a stunning view to unwind

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Anatoli in Sivota. The villa is beautiful, spotless, and offers breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. The private pool and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, combining privacy with easy access to Sivota's harbor, restaurants, and beaches. A big plus is that there is now a paved road leading to the villa, making access much easier and more comfortable. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Villa Anatoli and will definitely return next year! 🇬🇷☀️🌊 John & Heleen

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The stunning views were even better than expected, and everything was exactly as described. We especially loved the infinity pool – the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery.The villa was spacious, with several lovely outdoor areas, including a shaded breakfast terrace and a comfortable seating area for relaxing in the evenings. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, which made our stay even more comfortable.Access to the villa was easy, with a good road all the way up apart from a very short gravel section leading to the gates.Barbara was a wonderful host – friendly, informative, and always easy to reach. She kept in touch throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.We would highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again.

Amazing Setting, very well presented and comfortable Villa

Wonderful Location , Views ,Patio and pool area Amazing, Extremely Tranquil , excellently maintained and serviced. The Dirt track for the last Km can get a little tedious I would recommend upgrading to an off-road hire car for peace of mind , but this is not essential

Little Paradise

Everything was perfect in every way. Our lovely host, Tina, took time to tell us about the area, recommend restaurants, and just be fabulous. The house perfect, the pool incredible, and the scramble down to the private beach 🏝️ fun and challenging for the whole family. Fell in love with this place.

Fabulous stay. Exceptional customer service

Lovely property. Comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need to cook, do laundry etc. Very self sufficient. A 10 minute drive into Sivota. Every member of the Villas Thalassa team is beautiful - you couldn't find a more helpful, friendly, kind group of people to deal with. Thank you :)

OUTSTANDINGLY BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY AND LOCATION

This is our 2nd visit to Sivota and we felt we could not top our last stay but we were wrong. The lovely Barbara came to the villa and gave us a very in depth chat about places to visit and things to do in the area . This villa is in such a stunning location the views all around are unmatched.. it is very thoughtfully laid out..with lovely shade area , a sunny breakfast area and large table outside for dining overlooking the most gorgeous veiw of Sivota bay..lovely barbecue area which we utilised when not popping down the 10 min journey to the numerous equally delicious tavernas on the marina (can be bit hairyand twisty ) but road has been newly done until the last little hill up into villa with plenty of shady parking . The lovely infinity pool and many places to lie in the sun perfectly postioned. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped in kitchen and utility room with 2 large fridges and a freezer. We cannot recommend this place enough and the amazing Thalassa team who were always on hand for any help or queries. Angela and friends.... Malmesbury Wiltshire England

Beautiful villa. Away from it all.

Villa Anatoli is beautiful. Fantastic location overlooking the outskirts of Sivota Bay. The highlight for us was the little hike down to the private beach where we swam and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The road to the villa was an adventure in a cheap hire car but this does mean that you’re well away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The villa is really spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and the outside space is just fantastic . We don’t normally return to places twice, but we would consider coming back here – it was just lovely.

Wonderful, private villa with stunning views

We stayed in Villa Anatoli for a week at the end of August. It had everything we needed for a family stay inc hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a few basic condiments. Welcome package was an added bonus. We relaxed by the pool, soaked in the lovely views and recommend to other families. The road to the villa is very bumpy but we managed fine in a normal car if you take it steady. The walk to the private beach is quite steep but my grown up boys went everyday as they love snorkelling. The water is clear and glorious. Barbara was there if we needed anything.

Prachtige villa met een adembenemend uitzicht.

Laatste week september naar Villa Anatoli bij Syvota op Lefkas geweest met onze kinderen en aanhang en baby. Heel mooi, en heel gastvrij ontvangen door Barbara! Wat een aardige vrouw. Bij de ontvangst stond er water klaar, fles wijn en olijven. Wat lief was dat. De Villa is fantastisch mooi en heeft 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Alles is heel netjes ingericht. Mooi en heerlijk infinty zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Syfota een mooi vissersdorp met restaurantjes en 2 supermarktjes. In de omgeving staan prachtige villa's die elk een mooi zicht op de zee hebben. We zouden hier zo weer terugkomen.

Eine kindgeeignete Villa

Die Villa hat ihren Flair, jedoch auch in Ausstattung und Erscheinung etwas gealtert. Wir würden diese Villa nicht nochmals buchen und halten jedoch für Familien mit Kleinkindern zu einem guten Preis dieses für eine gute Alternative.

So wünscht man sich ein Feriendomizil : Panoramablick über das Meer auf vorgelagerte Inseln, absolute Ruhe, individuelle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, kulinarischer Willkommensgruß, sehr freundliche Kommunikation und Betreuung, perfekte Sauberkeit. Herzlichen Dank an Aris, Barbara und Melanie. Geli, Heike und Sigrid haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt und werden diese glücklichen Tage in schöner Erinnerung behalten.

A gorgeous place to stay with such beautiful views.

Villa Anatoli has everything you need for a perfect villa holiday. The outside area is fabulous and the views are truly stunning. The villa company itself is so well run and accommodating and everything ran smoothly. Barbara the rep was absolutely delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend Villa Thalassa and Villa Anatoli.

Magnifiques vacances !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournions à la Villa Anatoli. Tout était parfait ! Villa impeccable, très propre et service aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et le professionnalisme de Barbara ainsi que sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. L'ile de Lefkada est magnifique et les habitants très chaleureux ! Un vrai petit coin de paradis.

The most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning

Villa Anatoli is simply beautiful Well designed with lots of shade and plenty of sun all day long. The facilities are excellent and the kitchen well equipped It was further out of Sivota and the beach than I imagined and the bumpy road is a little tiresome but the view from the Villa is astonishing and well worth the trip up the hill. Thank you

cadre paradisiaque.La vue est incroyable depuis la piscine à débordement et le must pour nous à quelques minutes à pied par on accede à une très belle petite crique "quasi privée".

Le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé !

La villa est exceptionnelle ! Le cadre aussi est un véritable paradis ! Une villa qui vaut la peine de venir en Grèce, pour être entre amis ou en famille ! On y a passé 1 semaine entre amis pour mixer travail (le wifi est le meilleur de l'ile) et loisirs (l'équipe est au petit soins si on veut des recommandations de lieux, visites,...). Bref que du bonheur, merci !

Un petit coin de paradis

Excellent séjour à la villa Anatoli. La vue est incroyable depuis la piscine à débordement, rien que pour ça, le séjour vaut le coup ! La terrasse est magnifique, et très grande, c'est un vrai bonheur. Accès à pied à une très belle petite crique "privée". La villa est très belle également, spacieuse, avec 3 chambres et 2 lits supplémentaires en mezzanine. Tout le matériel nécessaire est disponible (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, cafetière, wifi, clim, ...) Le petit port de Sivota est l'un des plus beaux et agréable de l'île. Attention, pour aller de la villa aux restaurants de Sivota, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture (partie de chemin en terre, 10 min de trajet), mais ça n'est franchement pas très contraignant. Accueil super par Barbara, qui nous a également donné plein de conseils et aidé à trouver des locations de bateaux. Possibilité également de location de scooter et vélos, à des prix très raisonnables. Check-in et check-out très simples aussi, tout est fait pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Au top donc !
