George's Den - George & Dragon

Overview
George's Den is a two bedroom apartment that has recently been created in a historic building dating back to the early 1800's at least, and throughout beautifully decorated with simple modern style and top quality fittings and furnishings.

Hallway
George's Den is up one flight of stairs from the front entrance to the street inside you'll step into the central hallway, leading directly to all other areas of the apartment – There is also a coat rack and a brilliantly designed Scandinavian style shoe dresser,

Kitchen/Dining/Living Area
The kitchen, dining and lounge space is one open plan area. The kitchen runs down one side of the room with units, worktop and cupboards, fridge, a built in fan-oven and state-of-the-art induction hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Bedrooms
There are two king size double bedrooms in this apartment, both are decorated to a simple modern style in neutral colours with natural wood and cream furniture to a high standard, each bedroom has the same king size bed, Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, a dressing table & stool, chair and mirror, plus two matching bedside tables and lamps.

Bathroom
The large modern, luxury floor to ceiling tiled bathroom with the white tiles highlighted by the grey grout, is located on your right leading from the hallway. This bathrom comprises a white WC and suite including hand basin, comfy shaped bath with a wall mounted shower over and a glass screen. The hand basin has been built into the wall to allow easy access if you have children with you. Above the hand basin there is a magical vanity mirror, wave your hand below it and snazzy LED lights come alive. Next to the vanity mirror is a shaver point and there is also a free standing storage cupboard available to use plus a huge chrome heated towel rail for added luxury whenever you need it.
Both our apartments have 2 x Double bedrooms, Living and Kitchen spaces and Bathroom, all tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, parking is always difficult in Dartmouth so we provide you with a parking permit which can be used in selected car parks throughout the South Devon area.

Don't feel like cooking? - No worries our Pub and Restaurant on the Ground floor below the apartments, always offers a great Menu for Lunch and Evening Dinner, you can see our latest menus on our website and the latest Chefs Specials and leigh's (our in house baker) latest cakes and dessert creations on our Facebook page
In addition, on arrival, all bookings receive a 25% off voucher for use on One Meal during their stay, which is for up to 4 people and included all food and drinks at that meal. It can be helpful for our crew to serve you most efficiently if you can prebook your table during busy times, but this is not always necessary and we will always manage to fit you in!
