Latania is a beautiful T2 of 27 sqm located in the Rental Residence furnished Hoya Bella Patio.
This residence is ideally located in the heart of downtown Arcachon 50 m from the Place des Marquises and its "indoor market" and 50 m from the beach.
This apartment brings you all the comfort in a quiet and relaxing, intimate and creative space within an interior patio. A zen space where it is good to relax in the shelter of looks.
Its capacity is 4 people: a bed of 140 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
A private outdoor terrace where you can share convivial meals.
Supply of linen and sheets.
Free wifi access.
Laundry: washing machine and dryer.
Minimum 2 nights rental Low season and 7 nights high season
