Recent construction, wooden buildings in Creole architecture on 2 levels in the middle of a tropical garden, consisting of 4 T2 apartments of about 50 square meters each. Each apartment has a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

We are located near Caravelle beach (5min walk), 100 meters from the Med club as well as 5min drive away from the city centre and its popular traditional craft village, supermarkets, popular municipal beach and all types of small shops.

The Residence is equipped with renewable energies, solar lighting and solar water heater, a rainwater recovery system which allows autonomy in water and electricity in case the supply of one or the other would be interrupted.
