Comfortable and beautiful holiday home located very close to Algarrobo Costa, Vélez-Málaga.

It has a living room with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

From the beautiful terrace and from the magnificent swimming pool you can enjoy a spectacular view of the coast, with its wonderful changing blues of the Mediterranean Sea.

This holiday home is approximately 1 km from the beach and in Lagos, a fishing and farming area with a calm and family atmosphere. A municipality that belongs to Vélez-Málaga, and very close to Algarrobo Costa, on the eastern Costa del Sol, well known for its excellent climate and its wide variety of restaurants and beach bars.

1.2 km before reaching the house, there are stretches of unpaved road. This road is safe. It runs parallel to the bed of the Río Lagos. The last 75 m are on a slope, but can be traveled by a vehicle.

Nice house and very friendly and helpful hosts. The garden with swimming pool and some fruit trees is great. We were not as enthusiastic about the location: it’s a bit remote and right next to a highway. All in all, definitely a nice stay.

La casa super bien, la pega es que esta la autovia muy cerca y se oyen mucho los coches,pero te acostumbras tb el agua de la piscina al 3 dia se puso un poco turbia, vinieron a limpiarla y mejoro un poco, la zona es una pasada si quieres tranquilidad y comer de fábula,

4-köpfige Familie, zwei Teenager, 14,17, wir trafen die Besitzer nach der Schließung, nette Leute, die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, sie hat einen geräumigen Bereich, einen tollen Pool, einen schönen, kühlen Haus-Grillplatz, es war eine unbefestigte Straße, aber es war in Ordnung, bin dann ein paar mal damit gefahren. Auch sehr nah an Buche, sehr preisgünstig und werde wiederkommen. Die Lage ist an der Ostküste an der Lagos-Rio-Brücke (Bereich in Veluz de la Malaga), sehr gute Lage, 10 Minuten nach Torrox und Nerja, 40 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, wunderschöne Umgebung, wir werden wiederkommen, wir vermissen das Aufwachen mit dem . Blauer Himmel, ein zweites Zuhause, aber mit Pool und Sonne ☀️

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison avec ma femme et notre fille de un an. Pour accéder au logement il faut avoir un bon véhicule car le chemin est en terre, caillouteux, périlleux et la dernière côte très pentue. Nous avions mal regardé la localisation et avons constaté sur place que l'autoroute est à quelque mètres plus bas de la maison. Le bruit des véhicules est constant du matin au soir... c'est très bruyant! On trouve la tranquillité en mettant de la musique où en se mettant coté piscine. Après quelques jours on s'habitue. Il n'y a qu'une seule clim qui est dans une des chambres. L'autre dans laquelle dormait notre fille dispose d'un ventilateur et les fenêtres ne sont pas très isolées donc il y fait un peu chaud. C'est vraiment dommage car sinon, la maison est bien équipée. La literie est très bonne. L'espace piscine est très bien et sécurisé et la vue sur la mer est superbe! Concernant la localisation il n'y a rien à dire. C'est très bien situé. Cest à 3 minutes de la plage de Lagos qui est très intimiste. À 5 minutes d'Algarrobo, El morche et à 15 minutes de torre del mar. Tout est à proximité. Si il n'y avait pas eu l'autoroute, ça aurait été parfait.

Met een gezin van vier personen is dit een prima huisje, met heerlijk zwembad in de tuin! Heerlijke ruime tuin om het huis heen. In apart washok een wasmachine. De weg naar het huisje toe is niet geweldig, tussen kassen door en onverhard. Stijl omhoog de oprit op en een scherpe draai. Maar goed te doen voor ervaren chauffeurs met een niet al te lage auto. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, ondanks de taalbarrière konden we via What's app prima communiceren!
