We bought this amazing house in May 2017. The home itself has been rented out as short term holiday let for several years, with great reviews (4.8 stars on average). However, as new owners we had to start getting our own reviews - check them out! We have recently updated the villa and with a truly professional management company to help us run it we believe our guests will be fully pleased with their stay. We got a new pool heating system installed in 2018 and updated the kitchen and the dining area - all this to guarantee an even more enjoyable stay to all our guests.

Why Tibor Dusnoki chose Oak Island
This is a great location, at some distance from the busy roads, so it is quiet and private, however, it's so close to all the amenities. The resort itself offers two community pools, two spas, a games room, a bar/restaurant, a gym, a playground etc. and there are fitness classes, children's activities and so much more.
What makes this villa unique
Our home has a private south facing swimming pool and (larger than most) patio area, with table, chairs and sun loungers. Please be advised there is an optional pool heating fee in the cooler months. (If you opt out you can still use the communal pools and spa free of charge.)
