Villa Alpha is a luxurious 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom villa, 580sq.m. with it's own private tennis court and swimming pool. Located on a small hill in the heart of Gouvia Village, 8km north of Corfu Town and the airport, near Gouvia Marina. The Villa is nestled in a gated 5000sq.m. green haven, creating a unique and tranquil environment with beautiful views, whilst being only five minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and taxi’s.

VILLA LAYOUT

Main-Entrance / Pool Level:
• Living room with fireplace.
• Dining room.

• Large fully equipped modern kitchen, including breakfast table for four.
• Cloakroom and guest WC.
• Annex apartment including bedroom with king size bed (or twins), bathroom and open plan living area with fireplace and kitchenette, that sleeps maximum four people.

First Floor:
• Master bedroom, en suite, with king size bed (or twins) and separate sitting room.
• Two bedrooms, en suite, with king size beds (or twins).

Garden Level:
• Two bedrooms, en suite, with king size beds (or twins).
• Spa area with a steam room, sauna, treatment room for massage or beauty treatments, gym with treadmill, stationary bike and changing room with shower and toilet.
• Secure remote controlled double garage.
• Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.
• Staff bathroom.

Outdoor Area:
• Tennis court (36mx18m) sand filled artificial grass.
• UV sanitized pool (14mx4.5m), the pool is heated during the cooler months of April and October, and whenever it is requested by our clients.

• Two shaded outdoor living ares with wicker sofas, next to the lounge and the pool.

• Parking space for six cars.
