COTTAGE IN FORMER BARN WATERFALL VIEW

Small quiet and romantic love nest close to the mountains, just outside the woods and surrounded by meadows. Ideal for relaxing stays and an exceptional starting point to enjoy nature and the surrounding landscape beauties. The property offers a room for two people with a French bed, a comfortable bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchenette. The small internal dimensions are compensated by the large garden equipped with a comfort area, BBQ and a very comfortable table under a patio (for exclusive use). There is air conditioning, heating and Smart TV. Sheets and towels are included. Small 4-legged friends are welcome (I ask for a small extra of 25 euros in total to be paid in cash at check in). Furry friends can play in the garden while you prepare the BBQ or sip one of the fresh wines from my cellar. The location is strategic, at the edge of the woods, among meadows and vineyards and at the base of the mountains, surrounded by greenery. The Italo-Swiss cycle path passes right in front of the house, and in a few minutes you reach the breathtaking Acqua Fraggia waterfall. The magical town of Chiavenna is reachable in 5 minutes by car, or 10 by bike as well as the Swiss border. The enchanting Lake Como can be reached in half an hour by car and the iconic Saint Moritz is only 39 km away. The property is suitable for sporty people who love nature, walking, mountain excursions, bike rides, skiing, but also just rest, meditation and escape from the stress of the city.
