We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
Pretty villett of about 90 square meters is on the ground floor and consists of: living room with dining area and kitchenette, bedroom with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with tub.
Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs for relaxing and eating.

!!! This sistemation provides for a maximum weekly water consumption corresponding to 5 cubic meters, exceeding this threshold the customer is required to pay a supplement of € 5 per cubic meter consumed more. At the moement of check-out will be carried out a check by our cleaning staff, the customer can request at the time of check-in photos of the meter reading upon arrival !!!

Important notes:
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
