We are therefore within a private residential area, which extends for more than 100 hectares, between nature and Mediterranean scrub, along the coast. We are inside the Tuscan Archipelago Park, an enchanting place, a 5-minute drive from Porto Azzurro. The property is completely fenced and access is regulated by a concierge service. The property also has a restaurant, a pizzeria and a snack bar, bazaar, tennis and beach volleyball court, WIFI connection areas, deckchair and umbrella rental.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Three-room 4/6 people apartment composed of: outside a veranda equipped for relaxing, while inside there are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 bedroom with single beds that cannot be joined together, a living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed for a total of 4 beds for adults plus 2 for children, a bathroom with shower.

- The swimming pools and services (bar and minimarket) are open to the public from mid-May to mid-September, in other periods they are NOT accessible.

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
