Enjoy your holiday in our exclusive penthouse apartment in the 1st row directly at the harbour of Marina Wendtorf!

The modern apartment impresses with a spacious roof terrace with an incomparable panoramic view over the sea and the idyllic Baltic Sea harbour. Here you can experience maritime flair from the first row! Inside, you will find a stylishly furnished, open-plan living and kitchen area with access to the large roof terrace. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a stove and a WOK hob. Two cosy bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed and their own flat-screen TV. Two more beds can be found on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The modern bathroom with rain shower, steam bath function and underfloor heating provides special comfort. The equipment also includes a TV with Blu-Ray player, a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar and a cozy bioethanol fireplace for relaxing evenings. The spacious roof terrace is perfectly equipped: a large table with six chairs and two comfortable loungers invite you to sunbathe, eat and relax in the open air. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has its own parking space. Internet via fiber optic connection ensures lightning-fast surfing.

A special highlight: A new indoor hall has been opened in Marina Wendtorf, which you can use free of charge - perfect for games, sports and fun in any weather! The newly created promenade invites you to stroll, new shops and cozy shops are in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for families: several newly designed playgrounds offer plenty of space for adventure and fun. Binoculars can be borrowed free of charge from our service office if required - ideal for observing ships and nature up close! Note: Since this is a complex with several almost identical apartments, small deviations in the furnishings may occur (model images).

Bedding equipment: Pillows and duvets correspond to standard dimensions. The fitted sheets have a size of 180x200 cm.
