VIOLETTA Apartment in a historic Tuscan farmhouse with a pool and garden, near the sea

The VIOLETTA apartment is located on the ground floor of the Casetta della Grandine building in the main complex. It measures approximately 55 square metres and features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace (approximately 12 square metres) overlooking the pool and equipped with a table for outdoor dining. It is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a 4-burner stove, an oven, as well as dishes and pots and pans.
We have lovingly renovated and furnished our agritourism property to ensure a pleasant and unforgettable holiday.
You can choose where to stay: in the main complex, there are 3 renovated farmhouses surrounded by greenery, featuring independent apartments and rooms with private bathrooms.
At the agritourism, you’ll find an outdoor grill, a wood-fired oven, a lighted bocce court, a ping-pong table, and a basketball hoop.
There’s also a swimming pool (6 x 12 metres) with umbrellas, lounge chairs, hot and cold showers, and parking for cars.
You have access to the farm’s 40 hectares: We practice organic farming here. We grow olive trees and grapevines. We have an orchard and a vegetable garden for the farm’s use, and we raise poultry and beef cattle, feeding them exclusively with products from our farm.
