Apartment with private courtyard - pets welcome

The apartment is in Marina di Cecina, near the sea and the pine forest.
It is located on the ground floor with a private, fenced outdoor courtyard. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room and kitchen (with a single bed underneath which opens to another single bed), a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom leads to the fully fenced courtyard at the back of the house, which is for exclusive use. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV), and the kitchen has been recently renovated. The apartment does not have private parking or air conditioning.
I accept well-behaved pets (small/medium-sized dogs).
Guests are responsible for providing linens.
It is 5 minutes from the sea, and the pine forest is directly opposite, so you can easily walk across it to the beach.
The town center is nearby (a 15-minute walk) and offers all the amenities and shops you need, so even without a car, you can easily reach the bank, shops, baker, fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, and more in 5 minutes. In addition, in front of the house, under the pine forest, there's a fruit stand open during the summer. The beach is sandy: there's both a private beach and a public one.
If you have small children, there's also a play area near the house in the pine forest.
