June 2019 Half term

Fantastic holiday. Such a great venue for two families. The five children adored the pool and grounds. Plenty of space to run around and play, leaving the adults free to relax on the poolside terrace. Some fabulous restaurants nearby (by car) and gorgeous beaches. Can’t wait to return!

Great week...

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The kids loved the pool and the great space surrounding it . A car is a must as it really is isolated. The week was great , the villa was very private and extremely clean . Many thanks

Lovely private villa with beautiful surroundings...

Lovely private villa with beautiful surroundings. Very helpful host met us at check-in with all the information we required. Perfect for family get always. Our children loved the pool and the big open spaces. Feels very secure with gated access and I liked the fact the pool is gated to ensure little ones are safe. A car is a must have if you stay here for Gerri g around and getting rid of your rubbish. It is a short drive from Palma, the airport and some lovely beaches. Would love to come again.

Family villa

New villa with great pool. This is not someone’s home, but a stylish purpose built house for holiday rental. Spacious inside but does have a spiral staircase to upper rooms which makes it bit difficult to get suitcases and babies up and down the stairs. V quiet location though this made it a bit tricky for friends and taxis to find us! Better to have a rental car. Pool was clean and gated - which was good for safety as we had 2yo with us, but deep even in shallow end, so better suited to older children who can swim. Lawns around the villa are irrigated which means they are green and attract in wildlife, but would be lovely to have had a few more trees and maybe a vine, as a bit spartan. Only 15 mins to Palma - you can see the planes landing from the pool - but the dual carriageway means you can get most places quickly. Everything works well - well equipped kitchen (could have done with few more plates but loads of glasses and two fridges) and nice outside eating area with bbq. It was 37 degrees when we stayed and ac upstairs was essential but could do with this in ground floor bedrooms too. Agency - and through them the owner - were responsive but it would have been better if we had been given a definite time for check in in advance - rather than on the day.

Super Unterkunft...

Wir waren heuer Ende August in dieser Finca mit 6Erw. und 4 Kindern. Es war toll! Saubere Finca mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Pool sehr groß und für die Kinder eigentlich unerlässlich, da ja ein Strand schon ein wenig entfernt ist. Man benötigt ein Auto, aber dafür liegt die Finca sehr gut angebunden und man ist recht schnell an beliebigen Orten auf Mallorca. Die Abwicklung und der Kontakt waren äußerst zufriedenstellend und unkompliziert! Würden auch nochmal in der Finca urlauben!

Schöne Finca mit großem Garten und Pool ...

Wir haben schöne Tage mit der ganzen Familie dort verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr schön abseits gelegen und trotzdem nah zum Strand, Palma und Flughafen. Der Pool sehr groß und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Der Kontakt und Übergabe war Problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lage der Finca ideal...

Die Lage der Finca ist ideal, nicht weit weg von Palma aber ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Die Größe des Pools war toll. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind in einer Vielzahl vorhanden.

Für Familien ein schöner Platz

Wir haben mit zwei Familien in der Finca gewohnt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Natürlich sind Kleinigkeiten verbesserungswürdig, z.B. anständiges Besteck, aber im Großen und Ganzen muss man sagen, dass die Finca für Familien perfekt geeignet ist. Der Poolbereich könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet werden. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Fantástica casa para pasar unos días. Grande, espaciosa, tranquila, todo funciona correctamente y la gestión de Villa Online ha sido eficiente y fácil. La única pega, si acaso, es que tanto par hacer compras de supermercado grandes como de conveniencia, se encuentra un tanto lejos de centros comerciales. Aun así, en 5-7' en coche hay supermercados de conveniencia y en 15-20' en coche un gran centro comercial. Por lo demás, ninguna pega.

Very Nice Property...

We were a group of 2 families and stayed in the house for one week. The property was clean and tidy and Verena from Villaonline was very helpful.The property was clean and tidy and well maintained. It is in a great location and easy and quick to get to Palma and the motorways.The only negative is that on Airbnb this property was advertised as having a Tumble Dryer and there was no tumble dryer, only a washing machine and a very cheap aluminium clothes line outside which broke in strong wind. Maybe they should install a dryer or a clothes line in the utility room.We had 5 children in our group and due to the weather very much needed a way to dry our washed clothes.We definitely recommend this property to families or other groups. 5 stars if the property had a dryer as advertised on airbnb.

Lovely secluded villa. ...

Lovely secluded villa. Car is essential when staying here. The pool is well maintained and villa is clean tidy and spacious. The Rock bar up the road is well worth a visit.
