Newly built two-storey house, 5 minutes from the port of Aegina. Independent space, in a quiet area, without the hustle and bustle of the city, with beautiful views. Close distance from the sea, where you can go on foot or by bike, for swimming or for a walk, relaxation and exercise.
The house is new, fully equipped, ideal for family vacations or for vacations with good friends and groups. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining room, wc, and a workplace with PC. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a large balcony and two bathrooms. In the independent basement there is a second kitchen, a huge living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom.
The house has large and comfortable outdoor areas. Surrounded by a garden, it has a terrace on the ground floor and at the back a large courtyard with a fully equipped barbecue

Ett bra boende för den stora familjen

Huset var stort med gott om plats för alla 12 i vårt sällskap. Fin uteplats med pool. AC som gav skön svalka i alla sovrum. Förslag till förbättringar: En fullstor diskmaskin, dubbla lakan och täcken även i dubbelsängarna, åtminstone en vass kniv, flera skärbrädor. Boendet mer eller mindre kräver bil eller cyklar då avståndet till närmsta bad är 800 m samt 1,2 km till stadens centrum.
