La propiedad está a 1.5 km del bullicioso centro en un oasis de paz en el flanco de una colina en una calle sin salida. Es una casa, dividida en dos, por lo que compartes entrada principal y piscina con la otra vivienda, en nuestro caso, sin problema ninguno. La casa tiene casi todas las comodidades necesarias, faltaría por ejemplo unas tijeras en la cocina. Para nuestro gusto las almohadas eran muy gordas, pero las camas muy cómodas. Las vistas son espectaculares y la zona muy tranquila. Lo mejor los atardeceres en la terraza.

Primero comentar que la atención de Rik y Maaike ha sido perfecta, por otro lado, la casa está muy bien, pero sobre todo destacar la ubicación, ya que desayunar en la terraza viendo el mar desembocando en un pequeño puerto, pues no tiene precio.Para repetir sin dudarlo.

Perfect stay

All perfect! The accommodation is located at nice residencial zona, next to the beach. You can wake up to the sound of waves.. house has a pool and its much more spacious than the pictures tell. Kitchen well equipped. Cozy living room..Communication with the owner is fast and overall we would recommend this place to all 😎

Merveilleux appartement face à la mer dans un endroit extrêmement calme à quelques minutes à pied de la marina et d'une petite plage accessible en 5mn par un petit sentier. Nous avons fait du snorkeling dans cette petite baie peu fréquentée qui n'a rien à envier à des grandes plages très connues et surpeuplées. Pour cet appartement trés bien équipé, la piscine à débordement est incroyable, face à la mer. Parking privé en plus. Il ne manque rien. Merci Rik et Maike pour les echanges et votre super accueil.

Beautiful apartment and location. The views were gorgeous, from the port to the mountains. Sun on terrace and pool until sunset. The small port is currently being developed and there was construction noise, however, when it is finished it will be a great place to walk to for the proposed beach bars. Rik was a great host and very accommodating, allowing us to stay longer in the apartment before our flight home. Very appreciative of cooking basics in store cupboard, clients keeping it topped up. Thank you Rik for a lovely stay.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis met topuitzicht

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuisje! De ligging is echt fantastisch – met een prachtig uitzicht en dankzij de gunstige oriëntatie hadden we de hele dag zon. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, met airconditioning in alle ruimtes, wat heerlijk was tijdens de warme dagen. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep soepel en prettig. Ook het zwembad was top: schoon, goed onderhouden en perfect om even af te koelen. En als kers op de taart: de zee ligt op loopafstand. Een perfecte plek om met het gezin tot rust te komen. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Vi bodde der i 4 uker og trivdes meget bra, både med leilighet og valg av sted. Stor leilighet som ligger i sola, med fantastisk utsikt. Leiligheten er godt utstyrt og har det du trenger. Meget god oppfølging av Rik/Maaike. Calpe og omheng anbefales! ;-)

Fantastic location

Lovely apartment, well furnished and in great location looking out over the small bay of Puerto Blanco. Both owner and property manager were extremely helpful/supportive during our stay and we made friends with the couple (and their dog) in the apartment below too, which was an added bonus! Was great value due to relative late booking also and we'd love to come back again.

Rik‘s Appartement has everything you need, it is well and cosy equipped and though the surrounding area is very quiet, Calpe and the mayor roads are only a short drive away! For hiking it is definitely a great spot! We really enjoyed our time in the appartment!

Fantastisch vakantieverblijf!

Dit was ons zesde verblijf in Spanje via VRBO en zeker het beste! We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Rik en Anita op het terras van het onderste appartement, wij logeerden in het bovenste. Het kraaknette appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en is heel gezellig en comfortabel ingericht. De huurders van beide appartementen kunnen gebruik maken van het nieuwe infinity zwembad. Elke morgen ontbeten we op ons terras met zicht op het haventje en de vroege zwemmers. Via een klein weggetje kan je het kleine zandstrand bereiken of je neemt de auto. Die auto heb je wel nodig in die streek al ligt het centrum zelf van Calpe niet ver van het appartement. Het was een deugddoende vakantie en we gaan zeker terug!

A perfect place to stay with a magnificent view.

Everything is fantastic! The location with a perfect ocean view makes eating breakfast a real joy. The rooms and furniture are nice and comfortable. There is also cable TV if you like to stay in for an evening. On top of it all of there is also the ifinity pool that you can also use by night. There is a private path to access the beach. We enjoyed swimming and snorkling here. The town center is accessible by foot but it takes aproximately 25 minutes. We mainly took the car and parked it in a garage near the city. We really had a fantastic experience and definitely will come back in the future. Thanks to Rik and Anita for making us feel at home.

Stunning views

Great communication, check in went well, Patrick showed us to our apartment and where everything was great start. Everything was as described and clean and tidy. We sat out on the terrace every morning enjoying breakfast listening to the sea lapping up on the bay it was beautiful. The brand new infinity pool (shared with the apartment below) was beautiful and a bonus. There was a clifftop path down to the beach which took about 5 minutes, the sea was lovely. Everything you could need for your stay is provided. We had a great 10 days at this apartment and would definitely recommend staying here.

Prima verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt

Voor ons nu geen normale beoordeling door quarantaine en genoodzaakt 12 dagen eerder naar huis moeten door corona virus . Wij hebben hierdoor een rare en geen fijne vakantie gehad helaas. Hoop het ooit nog anders te mogen overdoen.

Fantastic View

The apartment felt like home with everything you could need, was very comfortable and was true to the photographs. The position in the bay was perfect with lovely views of the sea with the harbour and villas on the mountain opposite, we had a fantastically relaxing few weeks and are staying again. The town is uphill and takes an average 20 mins and we liked this as it kept us fit but we had a car as well as there are no shops and only 1 restaurant nearby (which was shut when we were there (Jan/Feb) and which we understand is high standard cuisine). The beach next to the harbour is small but lovely and sandy and takes 5 mins to get to (if you go via a shortcut down the steps in the garden and don’t mind scrambling over some rocks it will only take 2 mins). There is a shower in the garden but obviously we didn’t use it at the time of year we were there!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen in einem Berghang Sie ist hell und die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer.Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und vollständig.Uns hat die Wohnung und die Lage derselben sehr gut gefallen.

Best Yet

This is our fourth booking with Home Away and definitely our most enjoyable to date. From the booking process to leaving the property, communication with the owners was excellent and easy. The apartment is in a great position with magnificent views of the sea, harbour and surrounding area. There is a good size south facing balcony with furniture to sit, lie and dine on. We used it all the time. Inside is spacious, comfortably furnished and looks good, better than expected. The neighbours downstairs are friends of the owner and helped us throughout our four week stay. There was a bit of a language barrier, they speak Flemish and Spanish, but we managed. A couple of times we found a bag of oranges they had left hanging on the door and were able to make delicious juice, a real treat. The apartment is in a quiet, hilly area, a short drive/30min walk from Calpe and it suited us very well. TV is set to Belgian and German channels although the film channels show many English language films with subtitles. We had a great time and would definitely go back. I can recommend this property without hesitation.
