The Space:
Escape to our luxurious villa, situated in a huge private garden complete with a private swimming pool. The villa features a comfortable living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a jet shower, as well as a wooden sauna for your relaxation.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a jet shower, as well as a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. An optional foldable bed can also be arranged in either of these rooms.

The large patio area is fully furnished with a glass pergola and dining table, which leads out to the private pool and garden area. You'll also have access to a BBQ for outdoor cooking (according to the Civil Protection guidelines as we are in a forest area).

Each area of the house is independently air-conditioned, and professional cleaning is included twice a week. Pets may be welcome with advance arrangement.

As our guest, you will have exclusive access to all areas of the villa, including the private pool, throughout your stay.

Welcome to our villa, ideally located just a few hundred meters away from the famous sandy beach of Sani in Chalkidiki, a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, crystal waters, and luxurious resorts. Everything you need during your stay is just a short distance away, including supermarkets, bakeries, banks, a health center, pharmacy, and shops selling souvenirs and traditional products.
Explore the picturesque marina and long beach of the nearby village, where you'll find many restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, and beach bars. Plus, there's a traditional tavern serving local dishes just 500 meters from the villa.
With Mount Olympus and the Aegean sea in view, our property is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport and 60 minutes from Thessaloniki, one of the most exciting cities in Greece. And the area of Sani is just a few hours' drive from both the enchanting beaches of Sithonia and Mount Athos.
There are numerous nearby beaches to explore, from the sandy Sani (700m) to Anemos (1km), Bousoulas (2km), Andreas beach (2km), Simantro beach (3.5km), Kipsa beach (4 km), Chelona beach (8km), Nea Fokaia beach (10km), as well as many smaller and more secluded spots waiting for you to discover.
Take some time to explore the nearby villages and endless natural sights on day trips, where you can discover the hospitable culture of the area and participate in activities like biking and hiking. Don't miss the intense touristic activity and vivid nightlife of Posidi (35km), or the peaceful Aegeopelagitika settlement, full of pine and olive trees. And for those interested in history, make a road trip to Nea Potidea, an ancient site overlooking the clear blue waters of Thermaikos and Toroneos gulfs, or the ancient city of Olynthos. Finally, don't forget to visit the folklore museum of Kassandra in Afytos, a picturesque little village. Come and experience it all at our villa!

Staying at our villa is an excellent choice when visiting Sani! We are also pleased to welcome pets weighing up to 7kg.
However, we kindly ask guests to note that, according to current civil protection guidelines, the use of the BBQ may be restricted.
