This detached cottage rests in Leasgill near Milnthorpe, Cumbria and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Laundry Cottage is a superb, detached property resting in Leasgill near Milnthorpe. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a super king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, another king-size double, and a twin, together sleeping six people and served by bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bath, basin and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs, there is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a large patio area. Laundry Cottage is an outstanding retreat for the whole family.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Double electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road, gated parking. Large patio area. One well-behaved small/medium dog allowed, dogs are only allowed downstairs in the cottage. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop 1.6 miles. Pub 0.6 miles. Please note: This property does not accept stag parties/hen parties or similar.
