Great apartment in Els Griells

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were there with two adults and two kids for two weeks. For us it was fairly large with enough space on the inside and outside also for the kids to play a bit. The apartment is very well equiped and especially the kitchen had everything we needed (dishwasher!). The surroundings are quite. You literarily only have to cross the street and you are at the small supermarket with a bakery (open 7 days a week). Just around the corner is a small restaurant which is quite basic but always a good backup if you don't want to walk too far. There is tons of restaurants in L'Estartit but to the marina with the most restaurants it's about 20 minutes walk along the beach promenade. There is also some restaurants directly at the beach and we really enjoyed the one closest to Els Griells. The beach is very close and huge. So even if there is many people you will always find a spot close to the water. At the beach toilets and showers are scarce but there is a bit of infrastructure here and there. The only slight disappointment was that there is no reserved parking space for your car. There is a lot of parking spaces nearby and you can usually find something but you will have to search. When we arrived the landlord managed to block us a parking space right in front of the flat so we could unload easily. Overall we had a great vacation and we enjoyed the flat was well as Els Griells and L'Estartit as a location.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé tout près de la plage. Les locaux sont très propres, bien agencés et équipés de tout le nécessaire. La terrasse permet de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur et se trouve bien abrté du soleil et des regLes contacts ont été faciles et l'accueil très sympatique.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Von hier aus können viele schöne katalonische Ausflüge gestartet werden. Die Küche ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avions loué l'appartement d'en face qui comporte une piscine qui étais spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Un souci electrique au niveau de la salle de bain a été immédiatement pris en charge par les proprio qui nous ont surclassé le même jour dans ce appartement très très confortable et a seulement 50 mètres de la plage. Nous tenons à remercier Riccardo et son epouse pour leur amabilité et leur disponibilité qui nous a immédiatement fait oublié nos deboires dans le 1er appartements. Je conseille chaleureusement les locations de ce charmant couple. La famille Traoré de Clermont-Ferrand

Schöööööön!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Appartment fast in Wurfweite zum Strand. Supernette Vermieter, die bei Fragen zur Umgebung und zu Ausflügen immer eine Antwort parat hatten. Der Ort Els Griells ist zwar nicht gerade eine Schönheit, aber die Nähe zum Strand und die dortige Aussicht sind schon toll. Für den Preis eher Unschlagbar. Estartit mit einer schicken Hafenpromenade und etliche kleinere niedliche Dörfer befinden sich in Reichweite. Der Ort eignet sich perfekt für "Strandlieger" und ebenso als Startpunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Das feine Appartment bietet nach einem "anstrengendem" Strandtag eine ideale Rückzugmöglichkeit und die Klimaanlage kann helfen den Sonnenbrand zu kühlen. In Estartit finden sich etliche Restaurants und auch diverse Bespassungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Trotz der räumlichen Nähe zu Estartit ist Els Griells eher ruhig gelegen. Persönlich kann ich nicht nur das Appartement, sondern im Besonderen auch die Vermieter empfehlen.

Vacances au top

Que ce soit au printemps ou été , nous revenons avec plaisir chez Conception et Ricardo qui sont à l'écoute de leurs locataires . Appartements propres , bien situés, tout près de la plage .C'était la 4 ème fois cet été et nous revenons en octobre avec nos petits enfants qui sont ravis !!!!!

15 jours chez Concepcion à l'Estartit!

Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La réservation s'est passé sans aucun problème. Arrivée sous le beau temps, 35° mais avec un peu de vent ce qui rend la chaleur très agréable. L'accueil parfait avec une deuxième personne parlant français au cas ou on ne parlerait pas espagnol, tout nous est expliqué quant au fonctionnement des installations de l'appartement. L'appartement est à l'identique de la photo et du descriptif, très propre et s'est avéré très agréable à vivre. Les appareils électroménagers sont en parfait état, le réfrigérateur est grand, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaques à induction, micro ondes et four traditionnel, cafetière, bouilloire ET grille pain, Barbecue à disposition. La vaisselle neuve propre (pas ébréchée ni tâchée) vraiment tout le nécessaire. Des espaces à vivre spacieux et une terrasse que nous n'avons pas quittés un seul jour pour prendre nos repas. La clim marche parfaitement bien. Le quartier n'est pas bruyant, boucherie, boulangerie, supermarché à 2 minutes à pied. Places de parking tout autour ET gratuites. La plage à 3 minutes à pied ce qui est super agréable lorsque nous avons des enfants. Sur une des principales avenues (5 minutes en voiture) nous avons deux centres médicaux, nous avons consulté et avons été très bien accueillis et en français ce qui facilite les soins (prix 50€). Nous avons passés une journée à Barcelone visité La Sagrada Familia (prix raisonnables et gratuit pour les enfants) à faire un jour de semaine en partant tôt 8h30 pour profiter de l’animation de la semaine car le dimanche tout est fermé , monté au château De Montgri à15 minutes en voiture de l'appartement, balade en bateau le long de la côte et autour des îles Médes (prévoir un petit gilet si la balade se fait à 19H) prix abordables. Des restaurants multiples et variés sont à (5 minutes en voiture) mais il est très agréable de s'y rendre à pied surtout le soir pour une balade, vous trouverez aussi de nombreux espaces de jeux pour enfants. Personnellement nous avons pris l'option de ménage en fin de séjour. Nous recommandons sans retenue ces propriétaires et cet appartement dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!! Estadía en L'Estartit

El apartatmento está en buen estado y limpio. Está muy bien equipado en cuanto a tener suficiente vajillas, vasos, eletrodomesticos etc. Todo lo que nosostros hemos usado, funcionó perfectamente. Especialmente la califacción en la sala rindió un excelente servicio. Hay un patio con mesa y sillas y una parilla donde se puede sentarse cómodamente y comer. En cuanto a la casa misma el único punto que merece una mejora, sería tener más posibilidades de guardar o poner las propias pertenencias, especialmente en el baño faltan ganchos para colgar algo un poco mas pesado. Los propietarios han sido excelentes anfritiones. La comunicación tanto por escrito como personal funcionó muy bien. Son cumplidos, puntuales, amables e interesados en el bienestar de sus huespedes. Muchas gracias otra vez a ellos! El apartamento queda a 2 minutos de la playa. Se puede caminar en la playa hasta L'Estartit centro, es una caminada muy agradable. En la misma manzana hay el restaurant Arrosería y por recomendación del propietario del apartamento nos fuimos a comer allí. Era muy bueno, buen precio y el dueño un señor muy simpático. En resumen: nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Recomendaríamos tanto el apartamento como el lugar. Especialmente queremos mencionar otra vez lo bueno que son Concepción y su esposo Ricardo como anfitriones. Muchas gracias Das Apartment ist in gutem Zustand und sauber. Es ist gut ausgerüstet, es gibt genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Haushaltsgeräte. Alles was wir benützt haben funktionierte einwandfrei. Besonders die Heizung im Wohnraum hat super funktioniert. Im kleinen Hof befindet sich ein Tisch, Stühle und ein Grill. Hier kann man bequem sitzen und essen. Einziger Kritikpunkt in der Wohnung sind fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten für die eigenen Dinge, speziell im Bad. Hier wären zumindest ein paar stabile Haken wünschenswert. Die Eigentümer sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Komunikation hat vom ersten Moment an einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben sie als zuverlässig, pünktlich, freundlich und an ihren Gästen interessiert erlebt. An dieser Stell nochmals vielen Dank! Das Apartment liegt ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Strand weg. Man kann am Strand nach l'Estartit laufen. Wir können das Apartment und den Ort empfehlen. Das Restaurant Arrosería empfehlen wir sowohl was das Essen betrifft als auch den freundlichen Besitzer.

Repetiremos sin duda!

El apartamento es ideal, muy limpio y tiene de todo, la zona muy tranquila y perfecta para poder descansar y disfrutar de la playa que está justo al lado. Repetiré sin dudarlo!
