It's located 10 minute walk from UNESCO heritage - Diocletian's palace and city centre, and 20 min walk to Marjan park forest and it's beautiful beaches.
AC's in every room,free WiFi will make sure you can relax in your rented home!
l verde is a newly refurbished, modern apartment that has a lot of quirky charm. Mix of new and antique provides great comfort for our guests.
Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, ACs and TV will make sure you can enjoy every evening during your stay.
Kitchen is fully equipped and brand new, and living&dining area is bright and ACd as well for your maximum comfort.
Couch in the living room can be made into an additional bed.
Two luxurious bathrooms, and a charming little balcony are at your disposal as well.
Area is central, and very safe neighborhood. There is local supermarket, bakery, bus station, bank and different coffee bars withing 500m radius from the apartment.
Easy walking almost everywhere from the apartment - city centre, parks, museums, bars, night life, beaches. All reachable on foot, but there are also local bus stations 2 min away from the apartment.
