Es ist ein geräumiges Haus mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Es ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für uns war es perfekt. Eine Waschmaschine und ein kleiner Gefrierschrank wären eine willkommene Ergänzung gewesen! Wir haben außerdem vermisst, dass Kinderbetten und Handtücher vorhanden waren; wir mussten unsere eigenen mitbringen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in Kappl!

Unterkunft veraltert

Die Unterkunft ist weit außerhalb und man kann zwar zu einer Skihaltestelle laufen, hier fahren aber nur sehr wenige Busse, daher schlechte Busverbindung. Die Heizung hat mehrere Tage nicht oder nur bedingt funktioniert, die Unterkunft ist im allgemeinen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Erhöter Sanierungsstau.

Appréciations générales

Chalet spacieux pour 20 personnes, assez de chambres et de salle de douche, wc. Il manque pas mal d'ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, casserole pour 20personnes, tapis de douche. Mais je fais mail à la propriétaire pour qu'elle réajuste. Dommage que l'arrêt de bus proche ne soit desservie que toutes les heures et plus rien après 16h30. Du coup le retour avec ski et chaussure de ski est assez éloigné. Par contre superbe vue depuis le chalet surtout si tout est enneigé. Les enfants peuvent jouer dans la neige. C'est top.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! De slaapkamers waren gezellig en goed ingericht. Het was heerlijk om elke ochtend wakker te worden met uitzicht op de bergen. De omgeving is rustig, maar toch dichtbij winkels en restaurants, wat alles gemakkelijk maakte.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Beide Skigebiete Kappl und Ischgl sind super zu erreichen. An- und Abreise hat super problemlos geklappt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Wir waren schon mehrere Male da und sehr zufrieden. Das einzig zu bemängelnde ist, dass es in der Küche / Esszimmer sehr zugig ist und somit sehr kalt. Herzliche Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Wir hatten letztes Jahr Missverständnisse- die wurden professionell und sehr freundlich besprochen und aufgeklärt! - An dieser Stelle ein aufrichtiges Chapeau!!!. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und es war super, wie uns die Vermieter aus der Patsche geholfen haben, als wir plötzlich keinen Schlüssel mehr hatten - herzlichen Dank dafür!!! Perfekte Hütte für große Gruppen - die auch mal ein bisschen Lärm(Musik) machen )) Dazu hat diese Jahr noch gepasst, dass wir Kaiserwetter hatten! Herzliche Grüße und Vielen Dank nochmals! We konden vroeg inchecken na een perfecte reis. Dit was erg fijn, zodat we in de middag nog hebben kunnen skien in Kappl. Huis ligt op 5 minuten lopen van de bus, die je binnen 10 minuten naar Ischgl brengt. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is perfect. Voldoende warm water voor douches en gezamenlijke ruimte om met groep te eten. Wijn glazen ontbreken, maar voor de rest super huis voor een groep wintersporters.

Vermieter bzw. Betreuer extrem unfreundlich zu unseren Frauen!! Schon mehrere Jahre dort, aber immer noch schlechtes Licht im Gemeinschaftsbad. Man kann sich nicht rasieren, da keine Beleuchtung über den Spiegeln. Ebenso keinerlei Haken oder Regale für Handtücher oder Waschbeutel. Zu wenig Stühle im Aufenthaltsbereich für 20 Personen. Mussten auf Bierkisten sitzen. Das haben wir jedes Jahr angemahnt bisher - aber ohne Erfolg!!
