Villa Carol is a graceful apartment that is part of a villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Carol you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the sea. Villa Carol is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Pietra Ligure, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the closest beach (Pietra Ligure beach) at roughly 900 meters (990 yards).
Villa Carol is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Carol you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Please note that access to Villa Carol is along a 200-meter (660-foot) narrow uphill road.

Villa Carol is part of a small complex consisting of 5 apartments and can host up to 20 people.


The landlords live on site and will be discreetly available whenever you need.
Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 4 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by awnings and by perfumed citrus trees. The garden is equipped with benches, as well as with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Other roomsLaundry room
A laundry room is on the ground floor in the main building. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
