This wonderful holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the stunning Yorkshire Countryside.. 20 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor:
Living room/kitchen: Freeview Smart TV, Patio Doors Leading To Garden, Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

Bedroom 1: (3 Steps), Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Roll Top Bath (In Room)
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and BBQ. On road parking. No smoking.. Little Plumtree is a newly refurbished cottage in the heart of the Yorkshire village of Addingham and is accessed by a stepped path only. The timber frame conservatory is the perfect space to sit back and relax while reading a book or spot local wildlife hiding in the private enclosed garden. Inside, the property boasts a twin bedroom, shower room and master king bedroom complete with its own free-standing bath, ideal for a soothing soak after a busy day exploring.
Situated in Addingham, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Little Plumtree is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful local countryside. There are many walks straight from your door and cycling is very popular in the area, especially since the Tour De France passed through the village twice in the same year. For those seeking to be less active, meander through the village with its variety of shops, cafés and country pubs. Bolton Abbey is just a short drive away offering plenty of walking within the magnificent 30,000 acre grounds and picture perfect picnic spots beside the river. The spa town of Ilkley is also nearby, 3 miles, with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, pavement cafés and independent shops that can all be easily reached; as can legendary Betty’s Cafe Tea Rooms where afternoon tea is a must. The charming market town of Skipton, also 20 minutes away, is home to an ancient castle, cobbled high street and colourful street market. There is golf nearby. Pub within 1 mile.
