Villa Alba is located in the beautiful resort of Protaras. There is easy access to the main strip of Protaras as well as Ayia Napa being a short taxi or bus ride away.

The modern villa sits at the top of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance of local amenities. There are four good sized bedrooms. Three of them are ensuite. The main bedroom has a balcony with partial sea views. There are two outdoor rattan seating areas and a gas-powered BBQ. One of the seating areas is under a new pergola.

Top villa

Lovely villa with a great pool (sun on it all day) The villa was plenty big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. We always hire a car so location was really good. The property is a real credit to the owners.

Good communication with the host

Nice villa in walking distance from two nice beaches and two small supermarkets. Extremely good communication with the host which was very helpfull both before and during our stay in the villa. Nice and quiet area. Not many nearby restaurants but two very nice bays and a small dive center close.

My wife and I purchased Villa Alba after years of holidaying in Cyprus. It's our favourite holiday destination and we have made it our second home.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is uniquely positioned, with all essential amenities nearby. The villa is fully equipped for a relaxing break by the pool, or you can venture out on foot to nearby beaches or walk to the main resort centre.

The pool enjoys its fair share of the sun most of the day and there is a shaded area around the side with a pergola if you want to cool down.

If you fancy venturing into Ayia Napa, it's a short taxi ride away, or you can use one of the local buses, which stop just outside the villa complex.

What makes this property unique

Fast and free wifi is available throughout.

The property is fully air conditioned.

We also have a heated pool which you can request to use during the cooler months of the year. There are two methods of pool heating. There is the solar cover which is free to use of the heated pool pump which does come with a weekly charge.

There is a gated driveway should you hire a car.
