Charming villa with breathtaking views of the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, within the park of a private villa. The accommodation with AC has a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower. Inside the park, the villa overlooks a 60 sqm garden, reserved for guests, equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs, and barbecue. A few minutes by car, guests can enjoy access to the sea in an exclusive bathing establishment. The house is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic points of Monte Argentario: Cala Moresca. It has just been renovated with luxury finishes, making it ideal for people who love relaxation and privacy, where they can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The garden, independent and reserved exclusively for guests, allows you to enjoy an incredible view and is equipped with an umbrella, table, chairs, armchairs, and barbecue. In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate a third person or 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishes, tasting glasses, Moka, juicer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. The bathroom, very spacious and with a shower, is equipped with a hairdryer and a set of 3 towels for each guest. Bed linen is also provided. A parking space is available in the parking lot of the villa's park. A few minutes by car, guests can enjoy access to the sea in an exclusive bathing establishment with equipped pitches (chairs and umbrellas), equipped with a restaurant, bar, and parking. The establishment is equipped from June to September but can be accessed in any season.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen im September da verbracht. Das Häuschen liegt in einem sehr schönen Garten. Man kommt sich vor wie in einem botanischen Garten. Und hat abends einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang.Einziger Nachteil sind die Stechmücken. Unbedingt Autan mitnehmen! Der Beach Club ist mit inkludiert. Auch sehr schön.

Monte Argentario è un posto meraviglioso. La casa dove siamo stati ospitati è un mini appartamento. Comodo il posto auto. Vista meravigliosa. Peccato per la pulizia non perfetta e le formiche che avevano invaso angolo cottura. Bella la caletta privata anche se non ci siamo sentiti accolti, forse perche nuovi clienti. La host gentile e disponibile e presente.

Grazie mi fa molto piacere che la casa è il posto le siano piaciuti. Non si tratta di un appartamento ma di una villetta di 65 mq con un giardino panoramico ad uso esclusivo immerso nel verde di un parco più grande della villa. Proprio perché il cottage è in mezzo al verde può succedere che qualche insetto possa entrare nella casa. Questa non è una mancanza di pulizia che viene effettuata scrupolosamente ad ogni cambio. Lo stabilimento balneare di Calapiatti è una location esclusiva con bar e ristorante privati in uno dei posti più suggestivi dell’Argentario dove gli ospiti dei proprietari sono sempre i benvenuti

Sehr angenehme, saubere, ruhige Wohnung, haben uns wohl gefühlt

Nettes, kleines Häuschen eingebettet in einem gepflegten, ruhigem Park.Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wegbeschreibung war nicht sehr genau, mussten die richtige Hausnummer etwas suchen. Lage und Zugang zum Meer könnten auch noch etwas besser beschrieben werden. Haben uns wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen das Häuschen erneut zu mieten.

Grazie Lis per aver soggiornato presso Villa Argentario, sono contenta che vi sia piaciuta la casa, il panorama su tutte le isole dell'arcipelago Toscano e la discesa al mare nello stabilimento balneare esclusivo. Il modo migliore per trovare la strada è seguire le indicazioni di google map che porta esattamente alla casa, alcuni navigatori usano un sistema non aggiornato. E' stato un piacere ospitarvi e spero che ci possiamo rivedere presto. Liana
