Nice apartment with sea views. Located on the seafront, two steps from the beach of Riells.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, a toilet, and the kitchen. The living room is spacious and bright, has an exit to the terrace overlooking the sea and another terrace overlooking the garden.

The communal area offers a large garden and pool. It is a very quiet space, ideal to relax and spend a wonderful holiday on the Costa Brava.

In total in the apartment can sleep 4 people.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Appartement idéalement placé

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement et rien à redire. L'emplacement est idéal, face à la baie, proche de la plage de Riells et à 300 mètres la vieille ville. Les équipements sont très corrects. La place de parking est très appréciable. Bref, nous reviendrons !

Estancia de Semana Santa

La ubicación del alojamiento, la gran terraza frente al mar en el que toca el sol toda la mañana y la disposición de tumbonas. Es un alojamiento de verano 100% por lo que en Semana Santa, que todavía hace frío, por la noche entraba frío por las ventanas. Podría haber una bomba de calor en las habitaciones. La cafetera, las cápsulas son difíciles de encontrar en cualquier super. Una Nespresso o Dolce Gusto se agradecería.

Nice sea view apartment.

K3Homes is a nice office, very flexible. We were able to postpone the holiday for a week. Apartment is nice in terms of location, sea view. Everything is on and on. It is clean in general. Apartment has been repainted and the new washing machine is nice. Cleaning, could be betterun details, if you look at the sink drain as an example, it could/should be better. The beds really need to be renewed. The bed is taped together and the mattresses are broken, saggy, old.

Great location, great view.

Great location and view. Two sides of a terrace is very nice. Apartment is very complete, Good internet. The beds and mattresses need to be replaced. The windows are still single glass, double glazing would be an improvement. Boiler is quickly empty with 2 people, needs planning with five people. Washbasin in toilet is very large, difficult to pass.

Très bien placé !

L'emplacement est idéal. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Le logement est très bien équipé. Le parking est très appréciable. Nous avons du déboucher le lavabo de la salle d'eau à notre arrivée. Manque d'information pour trouver l'entrée du parking ainsi que l'étage et le numéro de l'appartement qui n'était pas noté sur les documents remis par l'agence.
