A few steps from the beautiful beach of Pescoluse called the 'Maldives of Salento', easily reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes, we find this comfortable house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 6/7 people.
The house has a lovely veranda completely furnished with where you can eat or enjoy relaxing outdoors.
Inside we find a large air-conditioned living kitchen with sofa and TV and a complete bathroom with shower.
Downstairs, also air-conditioned, there are 3 bedrooms (one triple room and two queen size room) and a second full bathroom. Each room has windows and the main room also has a small private patio with an external sink.
There is also a comfortable barbecue, an outdoor shower and two bicycles to easily reach all services and also the beach.
Quiet and private area, surrounded by greenery, with free parking in front of the house.
Tourist tax to be paid locally on the day of arrival.
