Precious and cosy house in Muro



Located in the village of Muro, in the north of the island. Just 10 Km from the beaches of Can Picafort, Muro...

Capacity for 3 people.

The house is divided into three floors, ground floor, first floor and basement.

On the ground floor is the living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a cosy inner courtyard.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

In the basement there is a sofa bed and a games area.

The entire house has been completely renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail.

The bedrooms have air conditioning.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Excellent location. Sometimes difficult to get to due closed roads. But convenient as a local mosque. Very friendly local community and overall and excellent place to stay.

Im Ort ist absolut nichts los. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich trotzdem schwer. Googlemaps kennt die Straßen von Muro nicht und zeigte uns unmögliche Umwege.Zum Haus: Das Sofa ist durchgesessen, sodass man sich dort nicht lange aufhalten möchte. Die Terasse lässt keinen Luftzug zu. Das zweite WC befindet sich hinter einer Tür auf der Terasse. Der modrige Gestank, der mir dort entgegenschlug (Abfluss) breitete sich natürlich auch auf der Terasse aus. Dort wollten wir nie sitzen, geschweige denn grillen.

Appartement charmant, clair, très propre et très soigné, il ne manque rien pour y passer un très bon séjour. Déco moderne. Patio super sympa. Petit bémol sur la literie qui grince quand on bouge et l’isolation sonore. Il a été agréable d’arriver avec de l’eau au frais et d’avoir le petit nécessaire d’entretien.Village mignon, petit marché, quelques boutiques du quotidien suffisent et quelques visites touristiques nous ont permis de rester sur place quand on n’a pas voulu aller se baigner. Un peu éloigné des plages, pour ceux qui veulent y aller tous les jours, mais elles sont faciles d’accès.

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Muro über 3 Etagen. Wir waren im Dez/Jan auf Mallorca und mussten das Haus heißen - kühles Haus. In Sachen Sauberkeit war es in Ordnung hätte aber auch etwas besser sein können. Im Kellerbereich war auch bei uns eine Kakerlake. Hatte mit der Vermietung während des Aufenthalt S Kontakt - sehr freundlich.

Le logement correspondait bien aux photos, il est dans un village très mignon mais loin de la ville, il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer sur l’île car il y a pas bcp de bus et c’est très long. Le logement était convenable, la vaisselle était sale quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons dû la refaire, sur la terrasse dehors il y avait une odeur désagréable et nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafards au niveau des douches et des chambres. Le dernier jour il a plus, un liquide de couleur est sorti de la porte d’entrée jusqu’au salon et dans la chambre de l’eau est rentrée par la fenêtre qui était fermé. A part cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est grand et spacieux.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps d'évaluer notre établissement, nous vous en sommes très reconnaissants. Nous regrettons que la vaisselle ne soit pas dans un état optimal, ce qui ne correspond pas du tout à nos normes de propreté et de soin. La mairie a procédé à une fumigation pour lutter contre les cafards et il est normal de trouver des cafards pendant le processus qui remontent par les tuyaux humides. L'odeur forte et désagréable mentionnée à l'extérieur provient d'un produit que nous avons mis en place pour prévenir les cafards, car nous savons qu'il n'est pas agréable (bien que certains aient malheureusement résisté). Pour votre information, la fenêtre de la chambre a été vérifiée.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war super sauber und alles wirkte frisch renoviert. Netter Hof, der in echt offener wirkt als auf den Fotos, da er zum Himmel hin offen ist. Als wir feststellten, dass das Wasser im Außenwaschbecken nicht abläuft wurde uns gleich am nächsten Tag ein Handwerker geschickt, der alles reparierte. Insgesamt antworteten die Gastgeber extrem schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Ausstattung sehr reduziert war. Wenig Besteck und Geschirr, es gab kaum Schüsseln, um Essen am Tisch anzurichten und Teller, kleine Schüsseln etc. reichen lediglich für eine Mahlzeit. Obwohl ein Luftentfeuchter im Keller lief, roch es in den ersten Tagen dort sehr feucht. Das änderte sich aber nach 2-3 Tagen. Muro ist ein ruhiger aber sehr schöner Ort mit authentischen Cafés und Kneipen. Wir haben uns hier, abseits der Touristenmassen - trotz Hauptsaison - sehr wohl gefühlt.

La maison est conforme à l’annonce

La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Les deux chambres à l’étage ont une climatisation et l’emplacement de la maison est très bien. En revanche nous avons du payer l’électricité. En effet, nous avons accepté cette clause à notre arrivée. Néanmoins, dans la maison sur le papier du propriétaire c’était indiqué que l’électricité est incluse dans le prix. De ce fait, ce papier devrait être enlevé ou l’électricité devrait effectivement être incluse dans le loyer. Les + - l’emplacement de la maison dans un lieu très calme et juste à 20 min en voiture des plages. Une ville très agréable pour les promenades nocturnes. - les commerces se trouvent à seulement 5 minutes en voiture - la climatisation dans les chambres à l’étage - Salle de bain bien agencée - le patio - Même si nous devons garer la voiture dans la rue il est toujours possible de trouver une place. D’ailleurs durant toute la longueur de nos vacances nous nous sommes garés toujours juste à côté de la maison Les - - le salon, la cuisine et la chambre d’en bas ne sont pas climatisées. Il y a un grand ventilateur mais cela ne peut pas couvrir tout cet espace - Devoir payer l’électricité
