Our tastefully decorated large open plan studio apartment with its own private patio and with beautiful furniture and artwork can accommodate up to 4 adults with a large sofa bed in the living room (which can fit two people). There is also a plush Queen Size bed with a luxurious mattress along with ample storage space in the cupboards in the bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen and all essentials in the bathroom.

The living space is open plan with the entrance to the apartment leading you through the hallway, to the bathroom and kitchen, through to the combined dining area and the living room, followed by the bedroom and then out onto the exclusive private terrace garden.

The private terrace garden is the highlight of the apartment. It is surrounded by greenery, giving you plenty of privacy to work out of a laptop, or have a dinner date, or a private yoga session. The private terrace garden also gives you direct access to the swimming pool, gym, running tracks, barbecue area and not to mention gorgeous canal views all day long.

The finer details include:

-Fully equipped kitchen area provided for your convenience with cutlery, crockery, cookware/utensils/pans and kitchen appliances (microwave, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and an orange juicer).

-There is also a washing machine/dryer, hairdryer, iron, iron board, cloth hangers and a cloth drying rack.

- You will also get delivery menus for local restaurants. You can also order grocery and take-out online (All information will be provided to you after booking).

- Smart TV- You can stay connected to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video,etc).

- On site facilities include adult and children swimming pools complete with a lifeguard, sun loungers and shading, a fully equipped gym with the latest gym equipment including Male / Female changing rooms, a children’s play area and a BBQ area.
