Magnificent air-conditioned villa in chic and neo-Provençal style with exceptional sea view, perfect for stays with family and friends. The Villa has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and/or shower rooms (seven of which have a south-facing sea and swimming pool view and one bedroom without a view). The house can accommodate up to 16 people.

The property also has a large infinity pool with a length of approximately 18 meters with a shallow area for children and a large wooded park of over 7000 m2.

In a calm and preserved environment in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, the Villa is located on the edge of the Beauvallon Golf course (18 holes).

The Beauvallon Padel Tennis club and the beaches of Grimaud are accessible in a few minutes by car. It is also possible to get there by bike/electric bike from the Villa (around 15 minutes).

The Villa is very comfortable and is perfectly equipped:

- 8 bedrooms with their own bathroom/shower room and toilets (WC), 7 of which have sea and swimming pool views

- Large equipped kitchen and laundry room (2 fridges, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee and espresso machines, food processors, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.)

We had an amazing time - 4 family’s with teenage children- property was wonderful - the outside area was exactly what we wanted all eating three meals a day - using combination of great BBQ and very functional kitchen for accommodating 16 people .Host Giliane was great and very supportive on anything we needed - including local recommendations . Magnificent home with the the greatest host. Joffrey was extremely responsive to all of our questions and was quick to remedy the few minor issues we encountered. Our group of 11 adults and 3 kids had an excellent time lounging around the spacious pool and terrace, enjoyed the incredible views from the property, and felt extremely cozy in the well appointed bedrooms and living spaces. Nothing was missing in the villa. We are so thankful for having found this gem and would come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing property

We stayed for 3 weeks at this fabulous property and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The house itself was sensational - every bedroom was large with its own ensuite. The common areas were fantastic and the pool sublime! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and Joffrey (our host) was very responsive. We had a total of between 10 and 14 of our family and friends (from around the world) coming and going over the 3 weeks, and everyone loved their stay. A truly fabulous place to have a wonderful holiday in the South of France. Thanks Joffrey!

A magical week!!

We stayed here for a multigenerational holiday to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays and couldn’t have asked for a better week. The villa exceeded all expectations and was spectacular in every way. The views from the terrace were stunning and even made washing up a joyful experience! The table tennis provided much entertainment and the pool was fantastic. Joffrey was very helpful responding to any queries promptly. A truly fabulous week with many wonderful memories created. Best possible vacation!

Everything about this villa was idyllic: the gorgeous spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms, wonderful open livingroom and diningroom opening onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and Mediterranean Sea. And modern fully equipped kitchen with appliances fit for our culinary group. All the amenities were appreciated. Everything was spotless. I took 2,000 pictures and will never forget your incredible paradise. Also, Joffrey was so helpful and always available, gracious, welcoming, I just cannot think of enough positive things to say. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN!

This villa is magnificent in every way. Spacious, and airy, quiet and peaceful, beautifully furnished and gorgeously landscaped, yet always relaxed and comfortable. The setting feels luxuriously private — we never saw or heard any neighbors. I rented it for the entire month of July and had up to 13 guests at a time. We always had plenty of room to cook, dine, hang out over drinks, and play in the pool together, but also space for everyone to find solitude. Seven bedrooms are large, beautiful and air conditioned, all with en suite bathrooms and incredible views (There is one smaller bedroom with no view.) As beautiful as the inside is, we spent almost all our time outside on the gorgeous terrace with mesmerizing views over the Gulf of St. Tropez. It’s well set up with huge dining tables and comfy couches and chairs. The pool is enormous and welcoming — during a heat wave we spent most of the days in and around the pool — and it’s even big enough to swim laps. As if the villa wasn’t great enough, every contact I had with the owners was warm, friendly and helpful. Joffrey and Eva are absolutely wonderful, and made themselves available at any hour to help with everything from questions about the washing machine to making last minute dinner recommendations and reservations. Joffrey especially was beyond helpful. The roads and towns of the Cote d’Azure can get crowded with tourists in July, but coming home to this villa was always a haven of quiet and peacefulness. I wish I could’ve stayed all summer.

Diese Villa in der Provence ist einfach ein Traum! Schon beim Ankommen waren wir begeistert von der wunderschönen Lage und dem fantastischen Blick über die Landschaft – man fühlt sich sofort angekommen und entspannt.Die acht Zimmer sind großzügig, charmant eingerichtet und bieten genug Raum, dass sich jeder zurückziehen kann und trotzdem immer ein Gefühl von Gemeinsamkeit bleibt. Der Swimmingpool war unser tägliches Highlight – morgens für eine erfrischende Runde und abends, wenn die Sonne untergeht, einfach magisch.Besonders schön fanden wir die Terrasse, auf der wir oft lange zusammen saßen, gegessen, gelacht und den endlosen Sternenhimmel bewundert haben. Es war eine perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe, Natur und Komfort.Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Stück Provence, das man im Herzen mitnimmt!

Superbe villa très confortable ,décorée avec beaucoup de goût avec une vue à couper le souffle!!la maison est très bien équipée( surtout la cuisine)les 8 chambres sont spacieuses avec chacune leurs salles de bain.La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques !! Joffrey qui s’occupe de la maison nous a gentiment accueilli et a été aux petits soins pour nous . Nous étions un groupe de 15 adultes/ados et nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables .

Un magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle villa, spacieuse, décorée avec goût et avec tout le confort voulu. Tout le monde a profité de la grande piscine et des aménagements extérieurs. Mais le top c’est le calme et la vue sur le golfe et St Tropez dont on ne se lasse pas. Une mention spéciale pour Joffrey qui a été d’une grande hospitalité. Un conseil: donnez un coup d’œil au site Playa Playa où Eva et Joffrey proposent de magnifiques sacs de plage.

Two weeks in Eden

Twelve of us from Australia, Scotland and Ireland had a wonderful 14 day stay in this spacious and beautifully equipped villa. The setting is magnificent and all the facilities are of the highest standard. Daily trips to the surrounding towns, villages and sights ended with convivial dinners on the terrace with magnificent views over the Bay of Saint Tropez. It exceeded all our expectations and the welcome and service from our host was warm and helpful at every turn. We hope to return as soon as possible.

Vacances inoubliables

Villa fantastique au golfe de St Tropez, les photos ne peuvent décrire la beauté de ce site, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse! Accueil très sympathique sur place, communication facile via groupe WhatsApp, toujours à notre écoute/service quand il y avait la moindre question. S‘il y a une chose à „critiquer“, ce serait l‘éclairage de la piste de pétanque qui ne fonctionnait pas à cause des orages des semaines précédentes. Je crois qu‘on en aurait profité davantage pendant les soirées, vu la super belle piscine et les alentours du golfe de St Tropez à découvrir pendant les journées. Un grand merci à Géliane, Joffrey et Eva pour ce séjour inoubliable! J‘espère qu‘on aura la possibilité de revenir! :)

Family holiday

Amazing large villa with beatifull sea view. Perfect for 3-4 families sharing (bedrooms devided into 3 floors and 7 of the rooms had ensuite bathrooms). Kids loved the large pool as well as the ping pong table. Outdoor sofa, dining table and barbeque all close to the kitchen made the days and evenings very pleasant. The new air conditioning was super good! We stayed for 2 weeks in june/july and it was super hot and sunny all the time.... but all the bedrooms were really comfortable to sleep because of the air conditioning. We were welcommed by lovely Joffrey and Eva who advised and helped us kindly when ever we needed something. The area was quiet and the villa is situated at the end of the road, no other villa overlooking. The villa was cleaned 2 times during the week and it was clean and everything worked perfectly. The villa had also large and beatifull garden! Perfect villa for large group of friends! We would really like to come back again!

Visit to Paradise

This villa was everything it was advertised to be and more. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 7 children. With 8 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space and the heated pool was huge and a fabulous hit with everyone. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.
