Conveniently located 980 m (3168 ft) from Pedona, Italy and only 12 km (7 mi) from Viareggio. If you'd like to visit the beautiful Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea (4 km 2 mi).

The villa is accessible on foot from the parking area by a track of approx. 250m. The villa owners will assist you with your luggage when you arrive.
