The accommodation is situated on the third floor and comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen/dining room. Two of the rooms benefit from beautiful views out towards Capstone Hill and the sea.

Ilfracombe is one of North Devon’s most popular seaside towns offering an array of amenities including a range of quality restaurants in the town’s oldest street, many of which are regularly visited by locals from all over North Devon for their tasty fayre. The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Hillsborough and Rapperee Cove, The Torrs, Watermouth Bay and The South West Coast Path, the lovely Fuchsia Valley, Watermouth Castle, and Theme Park. Exmoor National Park is just 11 miles away and Lynton and Lynmouth, 19 miles to the east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs, and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water-powered railway in the world!
