The property has five bedrooms; a ground-floor super-king-size double with zip/link feature and en-suite, a king-size double with en-suite, a double, a twin and a single, served by the family bathroom with bath and separate shower, sleeping up to nine guests. The property also offers a cloakroom, utility, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area and a sun room. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars, a wrap-around decking and a lawned garden. Phoenix House is a luxury rural retreat in the Worcestershire countryside.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
