Welcome to our home!

Centrally located to enjoy all the city has to offer! In this Studio can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment.

Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay.

Service available 24/7 for your convenience.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Closest Metro Stop: Trindade (5 min walking)

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).

Great location , everywhere in walking distance

Everything was great. The only thing we would have appreciated was cleaning products and a broom to keep the place clean.

Great location/couple callouts

Property was in a great location. Really enjoyed bars nearby. Close walk to many places. Toilet ran the whole time and there were a lot of bugs inside the property. Floors seemed dirty upon arrival.

Very nice stay

The apartment broadly corresponds to the photos in the ad. It's very well laid out and, above all, very well located if you want to visit the city on foot (10min from the Douro quays) or by metro (5min from the Trindade stop). The terrace is nice but not very intimate, and work on the back buildings was underway at the time of our stay... the numerous storage spaces are much appreciated, especially the closet for storing clothes! We recommend this accommodation for tourist stays.

Great location, fairly comfortable space, good storage but lacking any hooks for coats, towels etc , and any coffee/ side table by sofa. Nicely remodeled bathroom but no hooks or towel bars and terrible hot water. Barely enough for one quick shower and only by significantly reducing the flow and temperature. Main floor area and area rug could be cleaner. Coffee maker leaked. Toaster was partially broken but we made it work. Comfortable bed and nice big windows, large terrace but we were a bit too early to enjoy it. Overall, could be great with a couple of small fixes.

The room overall was great for the price and location. There were a few issues such as finding out during travel to Porto, after booking my ride from the airport, that I would have to stop at a different location for the keys so I had to inconvenience my driver to stop at that other location, a difficult and busy drive in central Porto. Once I got to the building and unlocked the door on the street, I was faced with stairs to 3 different levels with 2 rooms on each level. There was a label on each room but every label was the same. The only way to know which room I had was to try the key in each door. Finally found the room after calling the agency although phone service inside was terrible. Clearly the key envelopes need an explanation on them on how to locate the room. The room was spacious and clean and wifi worked well and it was well stocked with appliances and basics. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet trickled continuously. My room was at the back of the building and you get a large porch but there was no view except of the lower level porches and some half-finished building above the wall..

Schöne Unterkunft gut gelegen

Für alle, die keine Zeit haben Rezensionen zu lesen: Das Apartment war super und wir würden es beim nächsten Portobesuch wieder buchen. Für die, die mehr Zeit haben: Das Apartment ist in sehr guten Zustand in einem renovierten Haus gelegen. Sehr clever ist der Schrank als Raumteiler - so bekommt man aus einer Einraumwohnung quasi ein extra Schlafzimmer. Die Lage ist super - 5 Minuten von der zentralen Metro Trindade entfernt und genuso weit von Aliados, der Linie D, die nach Gaia fährt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum kann man sich direkt erlaufen. Das Apartment hat eine schöne gemütliche Atmosphäre und ist sehr ruhig, da es zur Innenhofseite liegt. Der Zustand ist sehr gut, auch das Bad ist richtig schön. Für zwei Personen sind genügend Möbel und Küchenausstattung vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen für Leute, die in den Ferien auch wie wir viel selber kochen: Es gab keine Topflappen, Bratpfannen oder eine Schere und keine "Tupperschüsseln" für Reste. Aber wir konnten uns behelfen. Der Vermieter GuestReady ist sehr gut. Vor der Anreise, während des Aufenthalts und kurz vor Abreise erhielt man die wichtigsten Infos per Mail. Fragen, die wir über die Plattform gestellten hatten, wurden super schnell beantwortet - manchmal binnen weniger Minuten. Fazit: siehe oben.

Il est très bien situé si vous voulez visiter Porto à pied (10min des quais du Douro) ou bien en métro (5min à pied de l'arrêt Trindade). L'appartement est très bien agencé, dommage que la terrasse donne sur les terrasses du 2ème et 4ème étage...
