The third bedroom, with bunk beds, is on the lower-ground floor, as well as a basement area with a tumble dryer and storage for surfboards and wetsuits. Outside, you have a private garden with a patio and lawned area to the side of the property, as well as access to a large, shared garden.

The pretty village of Mortehoe has pubs, a small shop, tea rooms and a restaurant, while lively Woolacombe is just 1 mile away, with a wider choice of pubs, cafes, shops and, of course, its fabulous 3-mile stretch of golden beach. Stroll the coast path and enjoy breathtaking views across the sea to Lundy Island. The family attractions of Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife Park and Ilfracombe Aquarium are all within 12 miles.
