A home away from home, these apartments are delightfully cosy and equally comfortable, central yet tucked away from the hubbub of city life. It is definitely a gem for those considering the accessibility of daytime excursions within and outside of Sliema as well as nightlife activities, whether it's a quiet glass of wine or the pumping bars and clubs of St.Julians. The apartments are a 2-minute walk from the seaside, with open-air cafes and restaurants dotting the promenade, you are bound to instantaneously feel the Mediterranean lifestyle ooze out of your body. Several bus stops which will transport you to the main landmarks can also be found in the vicinity. These bright and airy apartments consist of two double bedrooms, a living/dining (with a double sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom. The new kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, LED TV and WiFi. The apartments also includes a balcony and lift-service.

We enjoyed our stay at this centrally located apartment. Simon was very accessible via WhatsApp for anything we needed. He also booked a driver for us to and from the airport.

Great location, friendly hosts

The apartment is in great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to Sliema ferry that can take you to beautiful Valletta. Apartment is spacious, it has well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Simon and his wife are very helpful. They arranged airport transfers for us. We felt very at home there and it was hard to leave.

Nice apartment great location

We were put into a different apartment from the one we booked. It was very nice. Great location and quiet. Well equipped including AC and fans in all rooms. Nice and light but no view which we weren’t expecting. Simon the owner was easy to contact and helpful. He arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport which was good. Never did manage to work the TV but didn’t really need it. Unfortunately a lot of rubbish is left out daily on the pavements of the apartment block and some strewn across the pavement which was a bit unpleasant. Overall I would recommend the apartment and would happily stay there again. Thanks Simon. Sea, bus stops cafe and restaurants very close by including 2 small supermarkets open everyday.

würde ich wieder mieten

Das Apartment war sauber und einfach aber geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet; alles war gebrauchsfähig. Insbesondere fiel mir positiv auf, dass der Fernseher auch internationale Programme, einschließlich deutschsprachige, empfängt. Durch die Lage des Apartments sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. die Verkehrsverbindungen fußläufig gut erreichbar (z.B. die Fähre Sliema – Valletta in 10 Minuten). Der Vermieter, Simon und seine Frau, waren auch bereits vor der Reise per Mail freundlich und beantworteten gerne die gestellten Fragen. Sollte ich noch einmal nach Malta fahren, werde ich mich gerne um ein Apartment in Simons Haus bemühen.

Nice, clean and spacious

We had a great stay at this apartment #2. Spacious, clean and all appliances were available. All rooms had air-conditioning which was a plus with 35 degrees +. I would definitely recommend booking with Simon and also visit his pub which is located downstairs! Thank you Simon for a great stay and being a great host!
