Bright renovated 90 m2 apartment, located on the third floor of a recently modernized building, equipped with a lift and outdoor parking in the central San Benedetto district of Cagliari. The house consists of 1 large bedroom with 4-season wardrobe, a another large bedroom with 2 beds and, if necessary, a third extra bed, bright walk-in closet, a comfortable and spacious bathroom with shower and two sinks, a large living room with Smart TV sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, oven and small oven microwave, espresso coffee machine, Lavazza my way, toaster, electric kettle and a dining area with large 6 seater table.. all rooms are equipped with inverter air conditioners, internet connection, balcony overlooking the main road, closed veranda used as an area laundry. Building in a quiet setting. License I.U.N Code Q2356. All windows have mosquito nets. Beach towels and beach umbrella supplied.
