Εlegant, and perfectly located for business and pleasure, our apartment is right in the epicentre of Athenian life, just by Syntagma Square, the city’s beating heart. Set in a side street, the apartment is right next to the most central transport, shopping, dining and cultural hotspots, a few steps from picturesque Plaka and within walking distance of the Acropolis.

Our apartment can sleep up to four people. There is a chic double bedroom, a comfortable-sized living room with a dining table and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The double bedroom boasts a luxurious Sealy mattress, offering high-quality comfort during your stay.

This is a home with all modern conveniences. Ermou Street, the epicentre of Athens’ shopping area is just a few steps away. Kolonaki, the most upmarket Athenian spot with high end boutiques and restaurants is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment as is the parliament and hub of Greece’s economic and political life. Panathenaiko Stadium, Zappeion, the National Garden, Temple of Olympic Zeus and a host of museums are also within walking distance.

An ideal spot to relax and enjoy the city, this chic apartment will ensure you want to return to Athens time and again.

You will be living in the middle of everything, at Syntgma in the heart of Athens!

Please note that there is a charge of €15 for a late check in between 21:00 pm-23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival.

We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of €25.

Great location.

Fantastic location. Close to everything we wanted to do. Easy to find. Clean and secure. We spent our firat two days here before oving on, but it was great to be within short distances to everything, especially with younger kids.

The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to almost all of the historical sites in Athens and close to the tourist area w/food & shopping. Our only issues were that the bed wasn't too comfy and unfortunately some of the restaurants across the street have strong smells....meaning we had a tough time leaving the windows open. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Athens

Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality.
For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers.
