We booked this apartment well in advance. When we arrived after a very long drive up from london we entered the home which was roomey. We saw that there was absolutely no toilet rolls there was only 3 coffee mugs a couple of old forks and knives not a full set there was no dish liquid no laundry detergent just to get us started no dish towels the light in the second bath was not working there were no sheets or pillow case covers for the extra blankets and pillows no bin bags no laundry basket no coffee maker toaster was dirty no large pot to boil water dirty floors. I had to take the time at 11 at night after a long journey from London to find and drive to the nearest market to buy necessities which should have been in the home. Luckily the market closed at midnight. Parking was convenient surrounding area immediately around the apartment looked disheveled like there had been construction going on and debris was never picked up. We were told that the number that they gave us to contact them was a number we could call at any time however when we called the number that first day so that we could see if we could get all of the missing items no one answered until i called the number the next day. The seagulls were viscious and at their loudest at 3 in the morning. Very loud and disruptive. Home is near to the town and train station. In all honesty my family and I were very disappointed at how we found the apartment that first day. This was very unacceptable as they charge a large daily amount and they charge for a cleaning fee therefore ALL of the items I listed above should have been taken care of so that my family and I couldve had a good initial experience.
