This first floor apartment has shared parking with the apartment on the ground floor. Once in the parking area we access the house up stairs leading to a 22 m² covered terrace equipped with table, chairs and a sofa. From the terrace we can see the sea, this place is ideal for breakfast enjoying the sea breeze.



The apartment, which is furnished and decorated with warm and fresh colors, has a practical layout and it's fully equipped so you do not miss anything during your holiday. It has living room with dining area, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them on the outside. Its location is perfect, across the road is Sa Marina Beach. Its coastline of the North with sand of black color, as a result of the seaweed posidonia accumulation. Thanks to the
