Villa Giusy is a big seafront holiday home in Mancaversa. Villa Giusy is refined, furnished in a Mediterranean style and cozy and it accommodates up to 9 guests. It`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, built-in barbecue, internet, washing machine, alarm system, microwave oven, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

Villa Giusy is framed by a beautiful and equipped garden
with view on the sea. The gate opens into a driveway that takes to the
villa, accessible from a few steps. There is a spacious outdoor equipped
area with dining area, built-in barbecue, beach beds and outdoor
shower.
The villa opens into the hallway of the sleeping area: on the right there is the triple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to it, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to the garden.
On the left, the kitchen and laundry room with a bathroom, sink and washing machine. The third bedroom with view on the sea is accessible from the kitchen and it`s a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed.

Villa Giusy is a beautiful seafront holiday home in the lovely Mancaversa,
near Taviano, a seaside location with many commercial amenities. The
Cavalli beach is within walking distance and it`s an accessible rocky
beach.
The Cotriero, a beach establishment, is 1 kilometer away, while the oasis Lido Pizzo is 3 kilometers away. The beaches of Baia Verde in Gallipoli are less than 6 kilometers away, while the city centre is 13 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
