Villa Sergi is a big villa with swimming pool and garden in the green countryside of Gagliano del Capo, a short drive away from Santa Maria di Leuca, one of the most exclusive holiday destinations in Salento. The villa consists of 3 independent units that accommodate up to 16 guests.
The luxury villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, two barbecues, table football, washing machine,
iron and ironing board, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee
machine, heating system with 2 pellet stoves, mosquito nets, parking
area.

The
electric gate introduces the property and the driveway takes to villa
Sergi, which consists of 3 independent units. On the right of the garden
there is the beautiful turquoise swimming pool with gazebo, furnished
with an outdoor lounge: the perfect and peaceful oasis.
The first apartment accommodates up to 8 guests
and it`s introduced by an outdoor area with gazebo and dining area. The
apartment opens into a bright living room with a sofa bed for two
guests, the pellet stove, kitchenette with electric oven, microwave
oven, kettle and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, tv and ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom with single beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom and another twin bedroom, divided from the other bedroom by a door.
The second apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and
it`s introduced by an outdoo area with gazebo and dining area and
pergola with Jacuzzi. The apartment opens into a living room with a sofa bed for two guests,
kitchenette with French doors. The kitchenette is equipped with washing
machine, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, pellet stove, air
conditioning and tv. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with tv, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
The third apartment accommodates 2 guests.
It`s a one-bedroom apartment that consists of a living room with
kitchenette, with coffee machine and electric oven, air conditioning and
tv, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

Villa Sergi is in the area of Leuca, in Gagliano del Capo, 1 kilometer away from Santa Maria di Leuca,
its sanctuary, lighthouse and the beautiful liberty villas and the
caves. Leuca is the most southern town in Italy, known as the Finibus
Terrae. The seaside location has many amenities in Summer and the
sactuary Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae is a pilgrimage destination
throughout the year.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from July to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
