Dependance dell`Artista is a lovely, colorful and cozy 5-bed vacation home for rent for vacations in Torre Chianca, marina di Lecce.

The unit is located in a garden, communicating through a gate, with another vacation home (Villa Armida), but the two are completely autonomous and independent.
Dependance dell`Artista is completely fenced, has the entrance through a large wooden door that gives into the garden. There are outdoor lounging areas and furniture to be able to have lunch and dinner outside. In addition, there is a shower very useful when returning from the nearby beach.
The interiors consist of: spacious kitchen with glass windows and garden view, 1 double sofa bed and ceiling paddles, 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bed, and 1 shower room.

Dependance dell`Artista is located in Torre Chianca, one of Lecce`s marinas with beautiful sandy beaches lying along the Adriatic Sea. The residence with two vacation homes is just 100 meters from the sea. The nearest equipped lido is Maluha Bay.
Nearby, there is the square on which a rich and varied market is held every Sunday. Also very close by is a playground. In Torre Chianca there are several markets, bars and pizzerias. Very characteristic is the Foce del fiume Idume with dock and beach, less than a 1-km walk away. The city of Lecce is about 12 km away.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
