The Neighborhood:
Our house is located right next to the busy Stoke-on-Trent city centre, also known as Hanley. You quickly forget this, however, due to the quietness and stillness of this clean and modern estate that carefully pays homage to Stoke-on-Trent's pottery past, through two revived pottery towers in the centre of the estate.
Getting Around:
The property comes with one designated private parking space, with plenty of additional space to park on the streets. The city's main bus station, Hanley Bus Station, is just a short 10-minute walk (0.6 miles) away, with frequent busses to all parts of the city, as well as regular buses to Alton Towers Theme Park. Stoke's main railway station is just a 4-minute taxi away.
Other Things to Note:
The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed online prior to check-in:
✓ Deposit: Non-refundable damage waiver or Fully-refundable £150 Security Deposit required (released after check out)
✓ ID Verification required
✓ Rental Agreement to be signed
RULES:
❌ This property is NOT suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.
❌ We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
