Amazing property in a very convenient location. The apartment is located in a palace with original stone walls but has been modernized with all conveniences. Fabrizio was wonderful to work with! He was available before and during our stay to help with any transfers, reservations or any other questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

Our family of four (2 teenage sons) stayed here for 3 nights while we visited Florence and the surrounding area. The apartment is really centrally located, and a great area for shops and restaurants and easily walkable to all of the sights in the city. It was clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend this location and apartment to families or couples looking for a comfortable convenient stay in Florence. The apartment is beautiful too!

The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures. It is a magnificent space. It is also perfectly located in the center of Florence. It was a great place to come back to relax. Fabrizio is very responsive and helpful. He also provided us with great food recommendations. We highly recommend staying here.

Fabrizio is a fantastic host. He explained the apartment and amenities thoroughly when we arrived, stayed in communication to let us know he was available if needed.The location was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful and clean. 100% would stay there again.

Have a wonderful stay at Palazzo of Lords. Host was always available for recommendations for restaurants and helped with reservations. Apt is located close to everything in Florence. So convenient! There was a little street noise some nights because of the central location but was worth dealing with it due to the amazing location and amenities offered with the apartment.

The location of this apartment was so convenient to the Cathedral, Bell Tower, Duomo and museum with David statue. Easy walk to all, as well as coffee shops and restaurants and quick walk down to river and across to other side of bridge. Loved the location. Fabrizio was five star host! Arranged transportation from the airport upon our arrival. He also scheduled a taxi for us very early morning on our departure day. It was so nice to have the help with the details. A well appreciated bonus for us!Apartment is very large - five adults had plenty of space. Excellent stay! Thanks so much for opening up your home to our family.

Our stay in Florence was absolutely exceptional. The location truly couldn’t have been better—we were right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, walk to major sights, and enjoy the surrounding restaurants and shops.Fabrizio was a fantastic host. His communication was clear, timely, and helpful from start to finish, which made the entire experience seamless.The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were especially comfortable, which we really appreciated after long days of sightseeing.We were a group of four women on a girls’ trip, and this place felt perfect for us—safe, comfortable, and ideal for both relaxing and getting out to enjoy the city.We honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence.

Fantastic stay at "Palazzo of Lords" loft apartment!!! The location was perfect, being right next to the Uffizi and the famous Piazza della Signoria square, and just a couple of minutes from the canal where the famous Ponte Vecchio is located. Walk out the door to the famous sandwich shop, many dining options and shopping. Most everything we visited was under 5-10 minutes walking. The place was immaculate, just as you see in the photos. Fabrizio met us upon arrival outside the door and helped us up with our bags. His communication with us was excellent and we stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. He showed us the apartment, how everything worked, provided recommendations and booked our taxi to the airport on our last day. Very happy with our choice!!! One item to note is that there are 2 sets of steep stairs to get up to the apartment, as there is not a lift. It was okay for our family, but if you have any struggles with steep stairs, keep this in mind, as the apartment is on an upper floor of the building.

Our host was excellent at communicating and very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, had everything needed and was exactly as listed. Location was perfect - very short walk to everything and just a minute walk from the Uffizi. As other reviewers have noted there are a lot of steps.

The apartment was absolutely fabulous and so much better than staying in a hotel! The location was perfect! Fabrizio was an excellent host with great communication. Apartment was super clean and exceeded our expectations. You do have to walk up two staircases but was not a problem for us with only carry-on luggage. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, great location!

We loved staying at this beautiful place. The location was perfect and allowed us to go sightseeing, then come back to the apartment to rest between outings. The place is fully updated and everything was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
