Fully equipped studio with balcony, view of the sea, the marina and the city

We rent in Saint-Valery-en-Caux a studio of 30 m2, on the first floor of a private residence with elevator, a few meters from all amenities.
Completely new, the studio is furnished and fully equipped; it consists of an entrance forming the kitchen, a large room with a living area and a sleeping area and a balcony (8 m2), which can be fully enclosed. It is a pleasant second room, perfectly modular. To the right of the entrance opens the bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. Two large fitted cupboards optimize the space.
The bed is a bed of 140, the sofa is convertible. Duvets and blankets are available.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Appartementhaus etwas oberhalb von Saint Valery en Caux. Man ist in zwei Minuten direkt auf dem Marktplatz und in wenigen Minuten am Meer. Der Balkon ist verglast, so dass man auch bei kühlerem Wetter vor der Aussicht sitzen kann.
