Schön - aber mit vielen Mängeln

Von außen ein schönes Objekt, jedoch gibt es einige Mängel, die dem Eigentümer offensichtlich bekannt sind, er diese aber nicht abstellt. So geht z.B. die Klimaanlage nicht, im oberen Schlafzimmer lässt sich die Balkontüre nicht verschließen, Spuren von Mücken (Blut) an den Wänden, Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im oberen Bad könnte mal erneuert werden, es gibt nicht immer warmes Wasser, der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist sehr gering, am Zugang zum Haus blättert der Putz ab, überall liegt Bauschutt und Baureste, der Staubsauger war bis oben hin voll mit Schmutz, Terrassentür im EG lässt sich nur von innen öffnen, Schloss rechte Tür fehlt, Poolreinigung nur 1 x erfolgt und diese nicht ordentlich (im Ablauf wimmelt es von toten Insekten, die schon bei Ankunft nicht beseitigt waren), Terrassenplatten teilweise locker, auf der Terrasse stehen überall leere Pflanztöpfe mit Unkraut, keine Verbindung zu Netflix, Für diesen Preis etwas besseres erwartet!

Dear guest We are sorry you were unable to enjoy our villa to the fullest. Unfortunately two components of the heat pump (responsible for air conditioning and hot water) broke down and the supply was longer than expected and the problem was solved after your departure. As for the door windows, the locking system broke and we are waiting for the spare part which should arrive in the next few days. In the meantime, you can use the second door window on the ground floor and block the one on the balcony. The pool is cleaned once a week because we have a powerful water filtration system and an automatic system for real-time ph and chlorine control so that you have perfect conditions at all times and you can understand it from the crystal clear water: it can happen that you have some insects that fall into the water after cleaning but settle in the second collection tank not in the main pool where you enter. It wouldn't make sense to clean the pool every day. About insect on the wall this is unfortunately caused by some guest before your stay: it's not easy to remove it from the wall and we can't paint walls every week. For the connection to Netflix there was a temporary configuration problem on only one TV (out of four) however then resolved. Thank you very much for your feedback on other minor aspects that we can improve, taking into consideration to plan the works at the end of the season: every year we invest in improvements to the villa following the advice of our guests but we know that the villa, despite being beautiful, large and modern, will never be perfect and fully appreciated by everyone. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Istrien! Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen und sauber. Vor Ort wurde sich super um uns gekümmert und jeder Wunsch würde uns erfüllt! Gerne wieder !!

Schöne Villa in Matelici

Wir haben das Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für 14 Tage belegt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, Angaben zum Haus und Lage stimmen überein. Das Haus ist abgelegen und zum entspannen gut geeignet. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei weitere Häuser, die ebenfalls vermietet werden. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist die Stadt Vodnjan ca. 8km entfernt. Tankstelle, Supermärkte, Bäckerei, Gastronomie alles was man für den Alltag braucht ist in Vodnjan vorhanden. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pula. Folgende Punkte könnten optimiert werden: Am Esstisch sind nur 6 Stühle vorhanden, für eine Belegung mit 8 Personen nicht ausreichend. Leider gibt es in Außenbereich nur 4 Sonnenliegen. Die wunderschöne Terrasse im 1.OG steht leer, wünschenswert wäre hier Liege, Hängesessel um entspannen zu können. Ein weiterer Nachteil sind die vielen Mücken, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre optimal. Der Pool Service kommt 2 mal in der Woche für die Reinigung. In der 14 tägigen Belegung wurde 1 mal Bettwäsche/Handtücher gewechselt. Wobei Ersatz Handtücher im Haus vorhanden sind, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Ein Minus Punkt ist die Angabe das der Pool beheizbar ist. Leider ist der Pool nicht beheizbar, das Wasser wärmt sich von der Sonne auf. Die Gastgeberin Morena hat uns freundlich empfangen und war bei Anfragen jederzeit erreichbar. Im ganzen haben wir einen schönen Urlaub in Matelici verbracht.
